A short conversational excerpt from a YouTube video in which Richard Canfield asks about investment regrets tied to access and liquidity. The respondent reflects that, with more access/liquidity, they would have re-entered real estate earlier, chosen more conservative investments to support family, and used "infinite banking" to provide homes for their children.

What are some of the unintended things that you can recognize that you could have done differently had you had more access and liquidity?
I probably would have definitely gotten back into more real estate. That's something even my parents as immigrants talked a lot about that they had another property that they had. My dad always said that land is good. So is having a house that's it's never going to go away. You can at least have a roof over your head and that's something I probably wish I would have gotten into earlier instead of risking my money on companies trying to do startups and hit that big home run instead of maybe being a little more conservative and take care of my family a little better. If I would have done things differently and had I known about infinite banking a long time ago I'm pretty sure each of my kids would have had a home by now. I would have a little bit more and I'd be doing other things.
