You're using someone else's money, which is the insurance companies and the power of opm. Other people's money. We say it's the insurance company, but the other people who own the rights to that pool of money that the insurance company is custodially looking after everyone else that is in the same game that you are, which owns a dividend paying whole life policy with that same company. There's something powerful about mutual ownership, but people don't really recognize what is mutual ownership mean.
