If you're going to critique something, at least know what you're critiquing. Otherwise it's just noise. The criticism is twofold. It's one of the two. It's either by ignorance or it's by agenda. It can only be one of those two. When you hear criticism, you have to run it through the filter of are they speaking out of ignorance or are they speaking out of agenda? The interactions that I have with traditional financial advisors, they are very threatened by this idea that someone could think that they don't need them.
