A short conversational excerpt from the YouTube video "When Immigration Becomes Personal" (Richard Canfield). Two speakers discuss the most rewarding parts of their work: inspiring and guiding scared clients through immigration processes to approvals, and offering business-side guidance informed by experience in Canada.

What is the most rewarding part of what you do?
For me, it's meeting with someone who's scared, who doesn't think they can do it, inspiring them, bringing them to the finish line, and then seeing them get approved.
I'm able to offer guidance more on a business side because I had businesses in Canada. A lot of our clients don't know what questions to ask. Because you just don't know. Because I know what's happening in Canada, my experience there, I can help guide them here. Being the catalyst in a beautiful change and a journey is just very rewarding.
