Why Being Your Own Bank Matters!

What point did the idea, the concept of becoming your own banker enter your sphere of influence? How did it show up for you?

First, we started a coaching program with rich dad, poor dad, the coaches, and we had Robert live sometimes one on one on the calls, and they were always preaching about, be your own bank. And every time I would ask them, you know, how am I able to qualify for this and that? And they would just shake their heads. And I kept resisting it, but I kept arguing and saying, okay, you're in the U.S. i'm in Canada, so this doesn't work here and I don't want to hear about it anymore. But the bug was always in my. In the back of my mind, like, what are they talking. Talking about? That's the way he is, and that's the way the program is. They'll set the seed, but they're not going to walk you through the whole thing. They set the seed. You need to get out and do your research and all that.
