Founders should chase markets with intense, exponential customer demand instead of hoping conditions improve. This pull determines what to build, customer expectations, and scaling speed. Slogging through low-demand opportunities wastes resources and stalls growth.

We will just kind of suffer along for a while. And you don't get bonus points for suffering. Yes, changing something is hard, but push— once you realize that pull is kind of on an exponential scale, you really should be focused on, okay, who has very intense pull right now? How do I find that right now? Not like who might have intense pull in a year, not Who kind of like has kind of lukewarm pull, right? This is the entire game is figuring out where there is intense demand. And so I would say this should be priority one because this, as we've talked about, generates everything else. It generates what product you should pitch. It generates what they are going to expect out of the product. It. Is going to determine how fast you're capable of growing. And so figuring this out and not continuing to just like slog it out and hope something changes is the game.
