Let's face it, we can get really caught up with running our business on a day-to-day basis and just fall into this habit of coming out to your office, sitting and staring at a screen, and the reality is that's not what you probably planned for your life. And if you want to have more fun and fulfilment, you need to get out and do the things which are more fun to fill you up. Some of the fun things I like to do to help keep my anxiety at bay are cycling and surfing in particular.
