The more you show up as yourself, the happier you're going to be because we don't have to pretend. The less you have to remember about what it is that you're supposed to be doing. But I think what happens is when people are at ease with who they are, it's a very attractive combination that people are just drawn to.
So our mutual friend, Dan Priestley, I think he does it like so incredibly well. He's been in my world for like 10 years now. And no matter where I see him, whether it's a social occasion, he's talking on the stage, he's got a small group of people, like you said, around him, wherever he shows up in the world, um, he's the same Dan. Like, through— you get the same Dan in every single different scenario, pretty much. As somebody on, you know, around him, it's like very grounding. You always know, you know, you're going to get that same Dan and that same experience, and it's very familiar, and it breeds like a huge amount of trust as well.
