Life is like a sat-nav: input your destination, work backwards to map the route, then trust your gut when something feels wrong. Plan intentionally, stay aware, and adjust course when needed.

It's a bit like going through life or driving a car without, you know, the first thing you do if you're going on a long journey in a car in 2024 is you punch in the postcode, zip code into the sat nav, right? Mm-hmm. And then the wizardry, the gadgetry will figure out the best, most optimal route to get there. Right. In life, and for ourselves though, we don't necessarily have that GPS, that route finder to get us there. But if we know where we're heading and we're quite specific and intentional about it, we can then start to work backwards from that and figure out what the most optimal route is. And it also, when we get that sense that the gut instinct kicks in and we're like, oh, this doesn't feel like this is working, or this doesn't feel like it's the right direction, you can then course correct.
