After paternity leave, the speaker started mentoring people over coffee and cake, which led to strong client results. That informal practice became Fearless Business in 2017, a company built on the belief that nothing in business is worthless.

Enjoyed that bit of paternity leave, then decided I need some adult conversations again. Um, uh, went to some networking meetings and people— I started telling my story about how I'd grown this agency and sold it, and everybody's like, oh, that's interesting, how did you do that? So they bribed me with coffee and cake, and there is honestly nothing that I won't do for coffee and cake. It's just a bit of informal mentoring. And it transpires actually I was all right at it and loved doing it. You know, my clients were getting great results that I was working with through it, and that became the foundations for Fearless Business, which officially started in 2017. And Haven't really looked back.
