The most successful businesses, if you think about it, are really boring businesses deep down. They have a handful of hero products. You only have to look at Apple, right? Beautiful phones, incredibly desirable. They've done a great job with the branding and the design of the products and things like that. But ultimately, behind the business, there's a factory where it goes on a production line and bits are just getting bolted to it by machines. And they're doing that millions and millions of times over, right? So the business behind the business is actually really bloody boring. Boring, yeah. It's just very systemized. And I think small business owners need to emulate that big business philosophy of owning a boring business. Have the really beautiful personal brand and things like that, but behind the scenes, you need to do one thing really well for one specific type of client, and you need to be able to map out each of those steps in the process so that when you say to a client, it's gonna take us 90 days to create that outcome for your business, to get you to number 1 on Google or to get your YouTube channel to 10,000 subscribers or whatever outcome it is that you're offering, that you can near as damn it guarantee that that is gonna happen.
