Robin Waite and a coach work through the math on client capacity. Twenty hours of weekly calls is unsustainable, but raising prices to £2.5K per client means hitting a £24,000 target with just ten clients instead of twenty, cutting the workload to three days a week.
So if it's weekly calls, that would be 20 hours a week.
20 hours a week. That's quite a lot. It's a lot of coaching. That's a lot. Yeah. Very energetic.
I don't know if I'd have the time to do that. So if I had flexibility on when I could book them, because my roto is weird, I think I could do 5 a week, 5 calls a week, probably.
But now we've got a gap. So if you only get 5 clients concurrently, which probably means like 10 clients throughout the year, because you're going to get a little bit of overlap, a bit of churn, some clients leaving. They meet their future wife, husband, whatever, and they don't need your help anymore. But so 10 clients say, so actually what we've established is that you're going to fall short of your financial goal because you don't have the capacity to service £24,000 worth of business. Don't forget.
If I could get people at £2.5K, that would mean I would only need 10 clients in the whole year.
Yes. And you could go down to 3 days a week.
And that, yeah, I feel emotional just thinking about it.
