So I just wanted to do a short video to talk about a platform which I came across recently through an amazing guy called Simon Squibb. And if you, if you're not following Simon, please do go and give him a follow on TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, everywhere, because he's doing some absolutely amazing things. So the platform which I got introduced to, which Simon launched recently, is called Help Bank. So it's this awesome platform here, basically, which is a— I think he's likened it to sort of the giving LinkedIn equivalent of like giving basically networking. So as a business owner, as an individual, you can come on here, you can ask questions, And then there are experts who come in and can answer those questions. And the idea is that it's completely free, which is absolutely fantastic. It's been fantastic for me from a networking perspective. I've made all sorts of contacts on this over the last couple of months since it launched. It's— so it doesn't cost you either to— anything to either ask questions or to go in there and answer them. It's basically just a networking tool to go and ask any questions you've got about marketing your business, about health and well-being and mindset, about how to get funding for your business. And all sorts of things like that. And then networking, bringing experts together with those people who are thinking about starting up their business or need some help growing their business. I joined the platform probably, uh, I think it was at the end of April. I had a couple of issues, but it was a very new, um, it's a very new platform, like I said. I think I started using it sort of, um, in anger at the start of May, just going through and just answering questions on there. And you'll see from this, there are cards which have the questions on it. So this person here is asking about how to create a viral TikTok on there. So I could basically just go in there and put my comments in about how to create viral TikToks. I might talk about like, could you go live for 30 days straight? You know, which is something which I know Simon challenged somebody on one of his videos to do recently. But why I'm really grateful, I really got stuck into it. You can, and this is why this platform's so great, because they've kind of gamified everything. So the idea is that you can answer as many questions as you like, you get points for that. You can up, if you see a really fantastic comment or answer to a question, you can upvote it so it raises it to the top of the, the sort of the list of comments here. So hopefully the cream rises to the top and the best pieces of advice get the most number of votes. You can also click a button there, which is something which I've been using a lot, which is to basically offer to go and help that person. I've had a number of calls over the past few weeks since I've joined the platform. You get extra points if you click that button as well, so it's all gamified. Simon set it up so that if you end up top of the leaderboard, and I'll talk about Help Bank AI in a second, but if you end up top of the leaderboard, he does a monthly prize basically, which is $5,000. And I was very fortunate enough, I just got stuck into the platform last month and thought, I I love helping people anyway, so this is like the perfect platform for me. Don't expect anything in return for it. I just get stuck into it, and away I went. And lo and behold, I ended up finishing— well, I didn't finish number one. I finished second behind Help Bank AI, which is Help Bank's own AI tool, which puts an answer in for every single one of the questions. So everybody gets an answer at least when they upload a question into there. But I came second, basically top out of the non-AI related people, and I won $5,000, which was an amazing— one, it was a really lovely surprise. Talia got in touch with me from Simon's team, and the money hit my bank yesterday. I'm incredibly grateful. The money's a lovely bonus. I've already earmarked it for a couple of good causes which I've got, which I'm working on at the moment. So yeah, so I've already earmarked some of that money for good causes, so it's not just going into funding my business. There's a couple of connections who I've met through Help Bank who've helped me out with a couple of things. I'm gonna give some of that money away to them. So it's kind of passing it down the chain. I have my, my own app, software app, which I'm busy sort of developing and working on at the moment. So again, and software costs a lot of money. I know how much Simon's invested into Help Bank. Software costs a lot of money and it's a continual process. So it's, again, that's going to get a nice little boost as well to keep my own app sort of improving and, and, um, and growing too. And I'm just gonna, like, for me it's not really about the money. I just get an enormous— I enjoy Um, the process of just helping other people. And I think this is something I can get behind. I wish more people could get behind Help Bank and go and register on it. And I'll share a link to it somewhere around, uh, probably in the comments, I should think, or just below this, and you'll find it. You'll find a link. But I wish more people would do it. And there's people I see on here like logging in daily and answering questions, and there's no financial reward for it. It's just like, it's goodwill. We just do things you know, we just do it out of goodwill to help other people. Just makes the world a better place. So I wanted to give Simon Squibb a huge shout out and thank you for the platform which he's built. I'm entirely, you know, hugely grateful for being able to have the opportunity to get onto the leaderboard and win it in June. I may have another good shot potentially in July, who knows. And be nice to see somebody else get a shot to go to the top of the leaderboard as well this month. And I'll just continue to help people in the background, but it's great to be a part of it. Like, I'd urge you, if you're an expert of some kind and you have a message to say and you can see all these people who are in, you know, need of help, they just want to get businesses started and create a life of freedom for themselves so that they don't— they're not tied down to jobs and building somebody else's dream, like, go on there and register and just answer a few questions. Just one question is enough to make this world a little better, a little bit better. So thank you, Simon. Appreciate everything you're doing and I hope you watch this video. If you didn't, doesn't matter, but appreciate everything you're doing. Keep up the amazing work and let me know what else I can do to help. Thank you.
