3 types of customer you should keep out of your business. Number 1, they keep on missing their appointments. This means they're going to get poor results and ultimately they're going to end up blaming you for that. Number 2, any client which comes to you saying, I know. The likelihood is they will choose to ignore your advice. That means they're not going to get the results which you promised them in the first place, which for you as a coach is going to be incredibly frustrating. Number 3 are the clients you take on just for the money. So the upside is you You get a bit more money, which is great, but the downside is, again, they're probably not gonna get the results you promised them. So the moral of the story, qualify your prospective clients upfront. It means you get better results, and this is much better for your reputation.
