This is a YouTube video titled "How Leaders Navigate the Three Horizons of AI Transformation" containing a monologue or talk from March 20, 2025, discussing strategic approaches executives should take to AI investments, emphasizing the importance of balancing immediate automation, near-term expansion, and future reinvention in AI transformation.
