Your friend comes to you struggling and asking for advice. After 15 years climbing the corporate ladder, they feel stuck. The promotion hasn't come and they're being overlooked for exciting new projects. Their younger colleagues jump between jobs while they're overwhelmed by work and home responsibilities. Their industry's changing so fast that half their experience feels outdated. Too experienced for junior roles, yet not quite right for senior ones. They're in a mid career crisis, so what would you tell them? Change industries? Retrain? Try something new? Share your thoughts below. Your advice might well make a difference for someone.
