bitcoin: the setup is clear today

In this single‑presenter trading vlog, Roman Ceccardi walks viewers through a high‑probability intraday trade plan for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana on a day with a clear bullish daily bias and a scheduled U.S. unemployment‑claims release at 8:30 AM. He begins by recapping a recent 4R win, then outlines the market context: a strong bullish candle, no CSD on the daily chart, and a bullish 1‑hour view. The core technical setup hinges on a sweep below recent relatively equal lows on the 1‑hour chart, the presence of fair‑value gaps (PD arrays), and the potential for an hourly CSD. He explains how the news window (7:30‑9:30 AM) will dictate entry timing—either a pre‑news sweep or a post‑news CSD confirmation. Ceccardi emphasizes a scenario‑based trading mindset rather than market prediction, describing two main outcomes (sweep then long, or CSD then long) and the corresponding entry rules. He then applies the same framework to Ethereum (more cautious due to multiple equal lows) and Solana (similar sweep‑CSD logic). Throughout, he promotes his social channels (@aotrading on X/Instagram) for live trade updates. The video concludes with a call‑to‑action to follow his live executions and a brief sign‑off.

What's good, guys? Welcome back to another video. If you followed my Twitter, you would have seen the live execution yesterday. We finally broke the losing streak that we've been having with a very solid win. It basically, from the start of the trade to the end of the trade, took like 20 minutes, and we ultimately ended up with a 4R. So I'm going to hope to replicate this success today as well because we have news, and we've been waiting essentially the entire week for some sort of a news day. And today the daily bias is really clear. If anything, like, you know, we had a very big bullish candle yesterday, So the setup's going to be super obvious. And yeah, let's just get into the trade setup for the day. So to kick things off, again, daily bias, we don't really have too much to talk about here other than the fact that we did not get a CSD. Like, this was really cheeky, by the way, because all we needed to do was to close above this level right here to get a CSD, and we did not. So even though that is the case though, we are still going to be looking for a long just because we have such a clear daily bias. And also, in terms of the 1-hourly chart, this is already looking super bullish. Now, if you recall from yesterday in the video, one of the things that I was keeping in mind was the potential for some sort of a market maker sell model where this is the smart money reversal, and then you're going to get 1 impulse up, 2 impulse up, 3 impulse up into some sort of key level, and then you're going to break lower. Thankfully though, that ultimately didn't happen, and right now we are still looking super bullish. So the setup for today is going to be super straightforward. At the moment, we have left behind some relatively equal lows here on the 1-hourly chart, and right underneath these relatively equal lows, We have PD arrays. So specifically speaking, we have this fair value gap over here. So the setup today is a sweep below the relatively equal lows and then continuing towards the upside. Now, one of the core scenarios and one of the other scenarios that could happen is that we have just gotten an hourly CSD on the 1-hourly. So technically speaking, we already meet most of the criteria for price to just shoot up towards the upside. So I think the way that you're going to be able to narrow this down is to keep the news in mind. Now, speaking about news, The news that we have today is at 8:30 AM. We have unemployment claims. Essentially, this narrows down the timing of our trades today to just the hour before news to the hour after news. So basically, 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, that's when you're going to want to look for either price to just continue shooting towards the upside, or prior to, like, maybe 7:30 to 8:30, you might get, you know, that sweep below this low, and then maybe 8:30, you might get that CISD, and that is going to be the trade setup. Either way though, you're going to be looking for a long. Because, well, that's the daily bias. Not only is the daily bias pointing in that direction, the hourly timeframe is also pointing in that direction. Either way, like, the direction today is super clear. It just comes down to the matter of, all right, how do we get an entry out of this? Now, of course, I will be posting any of the live setups that I do take on Twitter, so feel free to follow me there. And also, to any of you who are following me on Instagram, I did actually post an early access kind of sneak peek to this video earlier today on stories. And that's also just one part of the various things that I'm going to be doing on Instagram to just bring more value to you guys. So feel free to follow me there if you want. The handle is @aotrading. But otherwise, let's get into the 5-minute chart. And the one other thing to keep in mind that kind of validates this, you know, just continuation without sweeping the lows is the fact that the Asia low has technically already been taken out. And if you guys know anything about textbook setups when it comes to this system that I've used to achieve basically a 75% win rate across the last 365 days is that When you get a sweep of the Asia low on a day with a daily bias towards the upside, it usually results in a very clear, you know, Asia accumulation, London manipulation, and then New York just kind of like retraces, and then it continues to distribute towards the other side. So that's something that potentially validates it. The only, again, the only concern would be the relatively equal lows. So I would purely base my decisions today based on what's happening around that news window. So essentially, by the time 7:30 to 8:30 rolls around, if price is just continuing to show immense amounts of strength, that's going to be the scenario that I'm going to take. In the event that price is sweeping, that is also going to be the scenario that I'm going to take. As a trader, it is a very common misconception that people have where, you know, oh yeah, I'm a trader, so I need to predict the markets. That's not it, my man. But the truth is that could not be further from what trading actually is, right? If I could break it down into a nutshell, trading is about coming up with a couple of high probability scenarios. And then depending on which of those scenarios gets hit, you simply, you know, kind of plan the trade and then trade the plan, right? So it's not about predicting. It's more of a game of like planning and then reading and reacting depending on which scenario is playing out. Now, just to give you an example, yesterday was one such day where when I was recording the video, I was like, okay, this could either go up or it could go down. I mean, duh. But like there were conditions as to what needed to happen before we considered any sort of a long trade. And if you guys recall, this was the CISD that I needed to see. And once the New York session rolled around, the CISD got confirmed. And after that, it was as straightforward as taking a little momentum trade towards the upside. So again, It's just about reading and reacting. But most importantly, it's about doing the planning beforehand, which is why I do these daily videos to just give you guys the exact plan for the day so that you're able to just have a much easier time making money from the markets. But either way, there is not too much in the way of like invalidation scenarios. Obviously, if price just keeps showing 5-minute just bearish order flow throughout the entirety of the news session, then today's just gonna end up being a no trade. But otherwise, let's move into Ethereum and let's take a look there. So Ethereum, you are obviously going to have a bullish daily bias. So far so good. Nothing too different there. In terms of the 1-hourly chart, you have definitely, definitely multiple relative equal lows. In the event where Bitcoin actually swept the Asia low, Ethereum does not seem like it did. So in this case, Ethereum would be a less good candidate, or at least it's going to be a worse candidate for a short because it's going to be a less good candidate for a long because you just have multiple relative equal lows here. So you're going to expect this to get swept before going to the upside. In the event that you just jump into a long on Ethereum, you're going to be in for a bad surprise in the event that you get stopped out first before price goes up. So on Ethereum, this scenario is a lot more clear. This is the one that I would lean more towards. Obviously, you have PD arrays on 1-hour chart right there. That's a fair value gap. And then you have another smaller one over here, just right underneath this low. So that's the scenario for Ethereum. Nothing too complicated. Definitely not as complicated as Bitcoin so far. Now, in terms of Solana, you are already coming back into the relative equal lows. So once that gets swept, that is going to be— well, you're just going to be looking for price to sweep CSD towards the upside. RAM news window, and you're going to be all good. But either way, shorter video for today because honestly it's just super clear. We've been honestly waiting like a couple of weeks for just a clear day such as this, and now that it's clear, all that's left is to execute. And feel free to follow me on my X if you want to follow along with the live executions. But other than that, I'll see you guys later. Ciao ciao!
