Most AI agencies will have an ongoing partnership/retainer offer, a discovery or audit offer, and just a one-off project offer. And that's great, and they're all good offers. But the issue is that I see with people when they talk about these things on discovery calls is that the person that you're on a call with— AI is such like a new business, AI automation agencies are so new that people don't really know how they work. So if they're already kind of confused about what exactly you're going to do for them, and you just start chucking all these offers at them and they don't really know what the difference is between each of them, What do you think they're gonna do? Nothing. This isn't anything new with business. It's called analysis paralysis, but I feel like it's especially relevant with AI automation agencies because it's such a new business model. So instead, what you should do, you can sort of mention each of these options to the prospect, but it just makes way more sense to them to say, I think we should go with the retainer one or the audit offer. And you can lay out the reasons why, but then they actually have something in mind so they know exactly what you can do for them and what the outcomes are gonna be.
