Ryan Shank shows how PhoneWagon's missed-call automation sends text messages to people who call and hang up. Set up a campaign, forward calls to Google Voice, and the system instantly texts them back with a custom message. He demonstrates it live by calling the number, hanging up, and immediately getting an automated reply.

What up guys, this is Ryan Shank from PhoneWagon. Today I'm gonna demo you the automation feature. This is a game-changing feature that is going to send a text message to anyone that you don't answer their phone call. So I'm gonna go into my numbers right now and what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna show you. So for instance, this number down here, this 717 number, I'll click on it. So just for context, so I have this, I have it configured like this, the campaign name is AdWords, so if this number is getting used in AdWords, it's getting forwarded to my Google Voice number right there, okay. I have configured the automation rules, so I said if I miss call from a new customer, then send this message, hey, sorry, can't talk, we'll call you in 20. You could also use a template if you want to. And then also if I miss a call from an existing customer, then send this message, and I'm just sending the same one, hey, sorry, can't talk, we'll call you in 20. So that is saved right there. So I have my cell phone right here, I am going to now call this number, okay, so 717- 447-5660, calling the number from my cell phone right now, okay? And again, this is forwarded to my Google Voice number. I don't know if you can hear the ringing. Um, so you can see that the incoming call is right there. So on my cell phone, what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna hang up, okay? I'm gonna hang up, and look at that. I got a text message instantly from this number that I just called, 717-440-5660. Just got a text message, they didn't answer, but now guess what? I'm not gonna call a competitor, I'm gonna now engage with them, and then, you know, now they're in play. This is a huge feature, we're super excited about it. That's automation from PhoneWagon. Let me know if you guys have any questions.
