Building it brick by brick, one by one, and that's what we're doing. We gotta build this. Good morning, guys. What is going on? I hope everyone is out there having a great morning today. I hope you guys all had an awesome Halloween. We had an amazing end of month. We actually came in our month up 90% in revenue from the previous month, which was amazing. Running $2K MRR all month long. $1,000 in MRR in the previous month, so it was a really good month in terms of sales. So overall, a really good month. I hope you guys are all tracking your metrics and working hard, being pioneers, being wagoners, doing all that stuff, and you're just out there. So the day today, we got a ton of stuff going on. Uh, we got meetings on meetings on meetings, and then we're also just gonna hit the phones. First thing that I'm gonna do is I gotta do, you know, update the QuickBooks, update our Stripe, update our financial model. We do that every single end of month, and I do it in the beginning for the first day of the month so that we know exactly what happened. You gotta track your metrics really, really closely. What you track grows. Even if you're, you know, like trying to lose weight, it's like you gotta measure yourself on a scale every single day and track those numbers. If you just are blindsided, you're not tracking it, you don't know what's going on, then you're just gonna get hit and you're not gonna know. We're gonna get into it. Let's start the day. Again, if you guys are new here, my name is Ryan Shank. This is our journey. We're building PhoneWagon from the ground up. We're taking you along with us. Let's go for the day. Peace! You saw that Sean, who's leading our rounds, he's basically doing diligence, calling a lot of the customers. So you saw he texted me. We'll pop the text up. Boop! That's the text right there. So he was basically like, hey, just give me a call, just talk to one of your customers. And I was like, oh God, what's going on? Are they gonna cancel? Do they not like the wagon? Of course they like the wagon. So basically after I was talking to them, realized that they actually have like massive expansion potential. They're working with an agency who then, you know, we could potentially, one, I wanna just get their feedback. And that was his whole point, is like, look, call them, just get their feedback. Feedback, and, you know, they have a lot of like opinions about, you know, call tracking because they're using other platforms as well. Um, but also we could get into like the agency that they're using, and then that agency could then push us to all of these other clients. So that was a really good call. I was talking with Mike about that. Her agency uses Converge, like it's a big business, and she was saying she's working with them, they might, they might switch everything over. Um, and then Sean was like, are you open to talking to Ryan? And she was like, yeah, but I just don't want to interview I'm not trying to just sell me on these or plug my other business. And it was like, no, no, no, it'll just be for product feedback and to help guide the roadmap for what they're building. So I'm gonna reach out to her and just be like, hey, we'd love to just get some feedback, not trying to sell you anything. I wanna kinda convince her but let her almost convince herself that yeah, what she needs. It'd be amazing to eventually land an agency to be their call tracking vendor of choice, you know? Things like that, it's like, you know, there's these distribution channels, like even integrating into these other platforms, You have an integration into that, and then you basically have this like full-blown system. It's like, look, PhoneWagon plus CRM, whatever system it is, we're this like, now this like beautiful system that people can use for, you know, running their business, managing their leads, managing their CRM, and it's just this like massive, you know, platform that these guys can use to run like a better business and make better decisions on marketing spend, and then manage the leads, manage the sales, manage the jobs, and manage the follow-up with the customer. You know, building it brick by brick, you know, one by one, and like that's what we're doing. We gotta build this this massive infrastructure where we're like in with all these different people and platforms and systems and integrations and this word-of-mouth engine is just happening. And it could take years to do it, but like, look, we're in this for the long game. And once we do it, then we're gonna have this inbound engine where people are signing up because they're hearing about us during the streets. Then they're up in the streets. Da da da da da. Inbound engine up and people are gonna be signing up all, you know, uh, frequently. And then they're gonna be expanding, recommending us to their friend. And that's where you build a massive company. We're looking to build $100, $200, $300 million company, and that's what we got to do. It's going to take years to do it. I appreciate you guys following along. I really, really do. Hopefully you're learning stuff. I'm learning stuff every single day. It's really, really awesome and interesting to just kind of like figure things out. Today, Mike Wong, my man Mike Wong, who was my first designer who helped us get this thing off the ground, who actually has an amazing community, The Designership, link will be in the description for that. Hit him up. Huge designer community. I was just chatting with him on Skype because he's building out a SaaS product, and he's like talking about, hey, how much equity, what should investing schedule be, and all these other things, right? He's starting a vlog, so you can follow his vlog. But it's like, now we're like just a big community of people that are just like creating stuff and like going after it. We can do things like, you know, if I'm doing something that works, like, I want to share it with you. If you're doing something that works, please share it with me, because like we're all just trying to figure this out. So that's kind of like the whole idea, you know, behind this and creating content and like being, being here for you guys. That's the vlog for today. Hopefully you guys see value in it, and if you do, like, obviously, you know, like share with your friends and stuff. Because like I just want to like help out as many people as we can. So we'll see you tomorrow. Peace, guys.
