HOW DO WE GET TO $100 MILLION?!?! | VLOG #87

Ryan Shank and Mike map out PhoneWagon's path to $100 million in revenue over the next 2-4 years. They're expanding beyond call tracking to make the phone central to customer journeys, using marketing spend to start conversations, and adding live chat to keep customers longer.

How do we get to $100 million in revenue? That is the problem that we're trying to solve for right now. What's up guys? Thanks for joining us today. Today, Mike and I, we are gonna go and have a meeting in this room and we're gonna talk about how PhoneWagon is gonna become a million-dollar company. Think through long-term, 2, 3, 4 years out strategically. Where is our product gonna go in the future? I think a lot of times people will get really deep in the trenches and they'll just be working day-to-day on like how do you operate and execute on your immediate goals. And one of the things that we wanna do is we wanna zoom out and say what does this look like? What does this company look like in 2, 3, 4 years from now? So that we can start, you know, executing against that like broader vision and then we'll be able to kind of break it up and then, you know, go day-to-day on the smaller things in order to get us there. This right here is a fucking big vision. We need to somehow tell this story. Beyond just call tracking software, like call tracking is great and that's where we're starting and what we're doing is we're purposely staying super, super focused on just call tracking but we wanna like, you know, keep our head up and say like what can we do outside of just call tracking to make this into a massive company. The phone as like it's been in the past is a feature. A lot of applications now have a calling or, you know, a voice experience built into it. PhoneWag is gonna now take like, you know, the marketing marketing spend and then boom, that initial conversation with the customer and it's making, it's basically like allowing one digital journey to happen. Customer just live chatted in that they need, they wanna cancel. I mean, they said they're not utilizing the service. It's hard to like salvage those. We have to like zoom back in from this zoomed out meeting and like literally answer a live chat, try to save the customer, figure out why they're canceling and stuff like that. So it's like you always have to be on, you know, especially in like a startup. Thank you guys for joining us so much, honestly, for following along on the journey. If you're new here, my name is Ryan Shank. This is our journey. We're building Phone Viking from the ground up. We're taking you guys with us every single day as part of the journey. So let's go along for the ride. Peace!
