What's up guys, this is Ryan with PhoneWagon. I'm gonna show you how you can forward calls to multiple numbers. Okay, so if I'm in my account, I can click Add Number up here. You can, you know, search if you're getting a new number, you can search by area code right here, choose the number, and then go to configure the number there once you've already searched for it. I'm actually gonna go into one of my existing numbers. Okay, and I'm gonna choose this one. This one hasn't been configured yet, so I'm going to go ahead and configure it. So let's say this is going to be for a direct direct mail campaign to a list I bought, List A. And let's say the first number I want is going to be to me, but now let's say I also want to forward this to one of my sales reps. Okay, so I can go ahead and I can forward this to both numbers. If I want to add even a third, I can forward it. And what it's gonna do is gonna ring simultaneously at both of these numbers. The first person to pick up is actually going to answer the phone. Okay, I don't want to play a greeting, but I do want to record the calls. Now I'm going to update my lead source, and that's it. That is how you forward to multiple numbers. Super easy.
