KEVIN HART GOT MAD AT ME (BUT GAVE SHOUTOUT TO VLOG)

In this energetic vlog, Ryan from PhoneWagon shares a recent encounter with comedian Kevin Hart, who gave a shout‑out to Ryan’s channel, and uses the moment to hype upcoming daily vlogs. Ryan then provides an overview of PhoneWagon’s call‑tracking software, highlighting a perfect customer‑retention record (no post‑trial cancellations). He outlines the company’s current hiring push, describing two sales positions – an outbound SDR who books demos and an account executive who runs the demos – and explains how the SDR‑AE career path has worked for a current employee. Ryan also mentions a potential senior executive hire to oversee sales, and invites viewers to follow the daily vlog series, use tactical resources he’ll share, and join the community of entrepreneurs building real businesses together. The video ends with a call‑to‑action to like, subscribe, and spread the word.

Yesterday I was chilling, eating food at the end of the day, checking out my Instagram stories. Kevin Hart says, hey, I'm in New York, I'm gonna be at this store. So guess what? Boom! Check out that photo. That's me and Kev. No big deal. I also got him to shout out the vlog because like vlog life, always plug. That's what, that's what I hear is happening in the streets. Play the clip. Hustle Hart to your vault, baby. People don't see that it's me. Tell them it is. I know it's real dope. Were you in there? Just tell them it was me. He's excited about it. July 1st, that's gonna happen. So that happened at the end of the day yesterday. What up guys? What up guys? What up guys? What up guys? Ryan, Ryan, Ryan from PhoneWagon, from PhoneWagon. What up, PhoneWagoners? Value, value, value. Give, give, give. What up, Wagoners? It's Ryan with PhoneWagon. Day 38. Let's go. That was aggressive. Guess what we're doing today? First off, I want to tell you about a little bit about the end of yesterday. So yesterday, what happened? We had an amazing phone call with a potential candidate who is applying for one of our sales roles. Super, super excited. The reason I'm super excited is because we've actually figured out how to sell our product going outbound. One of the things that I want you guys to do, especially if you have a business, even if you don't have a business, is figure out how to sell it and sell it at scale. And that's what, you know, is going to be the differentiator between building a small business and building a big business, is to figure out the things that you're able to do, that you're able to systematize, and you're able to replicate and pass off and train other individuals to do, and then hire more of those individuals to succeed selling your products. So what we figured out with PhoneWagon, uh, we're a software product, we sell call tracking software to small businesses, helps them analyze their marketing. You guys will find out more about that because again, by the way, we're doing daily vlogs starting in July. We're super excited. It's gonna be way more creative than this bike in the background, this painting, and these awkward Christmas lights up here. Anyway, so we're actually hiring for two roles. One person that does a bunch of outbound dials to marketing agencies, they set up demos. And then another person that's just gonna be doing the demos, anywhere from like 4 to 5 demos a day, and they're gonna be doing more like in-product screen shares and things like that. So the first role is more entry-level where you're just hitting the phone, you're doing a lot of dials, and you're setting demos. He started out as that role 2 or 3 years ago when he was first out of school. Super excited about that. So he totally gets the model, totally gets the setter-closer, SDR-AE model, and now he's an account executive. So now he's doing the demos, which is perfect. So he's applying for the role with us for account executive where he's just going to do the demos. He's a little bit more enterprise right now. We're more transactional, so higher volume, lower dollar amount, but it's still— I mean, it is like a really, really, really good fit. Had a great call with him yesterday. He's going to talk to one of our advisors today. He's going to feel them out, and we're going to see how everyone likes him, and we're going to possibly make an offer and try to get him to start July 1st. So that's going to be awesome. Today I'm meet in about an hour with a potential— almost like an exec hire. I used to work with him, super, super talented, and I think that could take us to the next level. And, and what I'm going to do is also in the link to this in the description, I'm putting the, the roles that we're hiring for. So if you guys are interested, if you guys know anyone that's interested, just to give you guys the insight, because that's what we're doing. We're doing these daily vlogs, keeping everyone informed, and then we're going to have the tactical post, have the links to it, to blog post if I have any, like spreadsheets that I talk about and I want to give you guys, hey, here's the template that you can use. Boom. I'm going to include all of those. Like and subscribe to the videos. I forget to plug because I'm new at this, but I want to— I want to start. I want you guys to help me and follow the journey. So anyway, what I was talking about a little bit ago was that I want to bring on this kind of exec hire to oversee the sales side of things. We have the product that's kind of up and rolling and customers are loving it. By the way, we haven't had a single customer cancel. Pretty ridiculous. We've had some kind of in the trial period not retain, but we haven't had a single customer that's made it out of their trial period cancel, which means they're loving the product, they're engaging with it, they're logging logging in, they're using it every single day, which is a huge win for Bone Wagon. That's us, wagoners. And I'm gonna have you guys join the journey every single day so you can follow it along, you can help build it with us. And then what I want you guys to do is to apply the things that we're doing, apply it with your own businesses. We're gonna, you know, be putting out a lot of cool stuff around, you know, gaining customers and how to get interesting things around marketing. And then we're gonna have really, really tactical stuff, and I want you guys to apply it. I want you to share it, and I want us to be this community that's just building like real businesses together. We're not just doing, you know, this bullshit stuff on the internet. So it's gonna be super, super cool. Have him oversee the sales, and what I want to do is just put out super, super, super high-quality content, gain, you know, uh, I want to gain people like you. Yeah, and then just build big companies and do cool shit, fly helicopters, go to the Hamptons, who knows. I'm not kidding. Yeah, so that's it. So I'm gonna go meet up with this dude, try to give him that, not the hard close, but like, hey bro, you trying to join, you trying to join, am I right? Love you guys, have a great day. Pfff!
