Good morning, Wagoners! It's Ryan Shank. We are going to be in our new office space today. We are going to The Alley in Chelsea. Thought we were on just the wrong floor. We're not even just on the wrong floor, we're in the completely wrong building. The program Techstars starts next Monday. Today's the first day we're actually allowed to use the office. Super excited 'cause it's the first day that we're all gonna be in the office. It's the day after July 4th. Walking to the office right now.
This is gonna be such an awesome day.
Hey, Star's class, and she said we can start working out of here today. I thought it's a Thursday, we're not working today. The office that we're supposed to work at is not in this building at all. Not even— we thought we were on just the wrong floor. We're not even just on the wrong floor, we're in the completely wrong building.
Last week I was saying goodbye to my doorman It was supposed to be my last day in this building and now out of nowhere it turns out we're working in this building still. So I told him goodbye. Told him I wasn't going to be seeing him anymore and now Ryan made me a liar. So I'll see you around, Stover.
Alright, so I'm pretty sure this is the right building.
Hey, what's up?
This is in the alley.
Oh no, it's not even in the alley. Yeah, I know.
I want to win on user experience and design, right? At the end of the day, I really feel like products are being commoditized email or word of mouth or something, you wanna be like, "Hey, that happened because of what I'm doing for you." Okay, awesome. Thank you so much, Gloria.
It was great talking to you. This is Jerry. Hey Jerry, this is Ryan from PhoneWagon. How's it going?
Part of why I like the idea of right when you sign up, it's, "Are you an agency or are you like internal marketing for your own company?" Or, I don't know what the word language for that is yet, but, and then like if they click agency, it goes through like add all We closed 2 paying customers today.
I'm bi-winning. We got one of them fully onboarded, fully implemented. So we're really, really pumped about that. Another one that I had been talking to finally pulled the trigger today. Most of the day today has been spent doing training though for the new hires, as you guys saw this morning, trying to get them up to speed on like who I am, who the company is, like why we're in this space. Really see a huge difference. Like if you're 40 number, 43 number, so like we'll beat on pricing. You're going to talk to either me or someone that has 5 to 10 years of experience working in lead gen, in marketing. So that you, we know what we're talking about versus just calling into like a customer service rep, right? And you can talk to us all hours. We think we're easier to use, right? Beautiful, easier to use, that sort of thing. And then we're cheaper at the end of the day. So it's like whatever matters to you the most, I'm not gonna sit here and be like, oh, it's so gorgeous if like you don't give a shit about that, right? If you're like, I only, you know, I need this level of tracking and I wanna like save money 'cause I don't wanna pay as much, it's like boom, there it is. Does that make sense? You wanna get credit for these phone calls that you're driving. So, you know, we had one agency that was literally about to get fired because their customer thought they weren't doing a lot, but then they were using, they started using PhoneWagon, and they were saying, "Look, all these phone calls that you're getting are from these marketing campaigns that we're doing for you. These aren't direct customers, these aren't word of mouth, these are literally phone calls that are happening from this campaign that I set up for you." So you need to be able to get credit for that.
