What up guys, it is Ryan from PhoneWagon. Appreciate everyone joining in on the journey. Good morning, I hope everyone is out there working hard, being pioneers, being wagoners. We have a lot of things that are moving along, moving along really, really nicely by the way. Um, and, uh, and I'm gonna share more like intricate details of everything that's happening. We're like 1.2 committed at the 1.75 round, so that's super exciting. We had someone come in yesterday for 2 50. Um, plus we had a bunch more angels that, that just came in, so we're like super, super close. Still looking to finish it up by early November. So I'm gonna let you guys take a look at the vlog today. It was a smash as usual. Please feel free to reach out to me, super happy to help you, super happy to like, you know, fill you in on everything that we're doing, everything that's good we got going on, and, uh, and help out in any way that I can. Okay, so without further ado, I hope you guys Like the vlog today, peace. I'm so bored, I had a nap for dinner. So funny you came over just now. I was literally just playing around with this workflow right here because I was integrating, uh, what is this? Maybe there's a delay. Oh, there's a delay. I just fucking added a delay for 5 minutes. Hold on, hold on, I want to show you. It's dope, it's dope. You got to see it. This text is supposed to get sent. Yeah, there it is. Hey, me too, Ryan. Thanks for signing up. Please let me know if you have any questions or want to hop on a call. Yeah, but anyway, so the way— yo, you dropped me off! That's the first drop off right there. That's fucked up. Okay, so what I would tell her is that like we have to do a lot. I mean, just tell her the truth. You just be like, we have to do a lot. It's going to be like a few weeks. Do you have anything to write? This shows you're disappointed. And he's just basically saying without being the full single lead, he doesn't think it makes sense to write. I don't know, because he was never— sorry, he was never presented option 2, if that was your asking. No, I was talking about 3. Yeah, I mean, that's what it sounds like. Yeah, no, he said, he said, I'm literally raising our on another premise that we're going to leave. I'm thinking like maybe this isn't even really an option. It's like an option, but it's not really an option 'cause [MASKED] is leading. I could push to this initially. Just be like, why don't you co-lead and have board observer? He's like, no, no, no, I don't want a board observer, blah, blah, blah. I'd be like, cool, well what if you co-lead and we push it to 5 board seats? I thought that is what we were like, I thought that's what you were asking. Option 3 I thought was like the, like what you guys were discussing. I thought that's basically what he just turned down. Yeah, I mean, I'm pretty sure he did. I guess it's just like, what's his opposition to co-leading? Why you gotta be the sole leader, man? Maybe before I respond, it'd be like, hey, awesome, blah blah blah, I love it. I'm gonna respond in more detail, but let me just confirm that you're turning this down. And then just basically like confirm, be like, hey, this is like the option right here. This is what you don't want, right? Co-lead with the board observer seed. Like, you know, almost like confirm that that's what he's turning down. Yeah. Why hasn't he responded yet? I could literally pitch lead, like I could go to Eric and be like, who else came in on your seed round? But like, I don't really want to do that either. I'm just trying to understand exactly what he really wants out of being the lead that he's not gonna get with being the co-lead. If there's a way that— That's why I was like, can we give him the title of lead and then [MASKED] still gets the board seat? Well, I said before I respond in more detail, I wanna confirm that you're not interested in co-leading with board observer seat and [MASKED] encountering with participating in the round with board observer and [MASKED] paycheck. 'Cause he might be like, no, no, no, I was countering with co-leading. I wanna make sure, I was like, I have some thoughts and ideas, but I wanna make sure we're on the exact same page with the details. See, and then if comes in for 3, I'll be fine with this deal of 2. Hello, this is Ryan. I can get you like a quote. So you said call it at least 500 numbers. Do you have any idea about usage, like minutes? We'll beat anyone on price. Um, cool. So which one is that? What was their name? And what I was actually going to propose, so if you guys were able to pull the trigger with Enterprise, like I couldn't just include— so that's the $249 with 50 numbers. I'll show you an email confirmation. I can activate the account now and then who would be doing this setup? Okay, this is what I'll do. I'm going to make a custom plan for you. These clients are getting calls. Everyone's getting calls. They all eat. That was the vlog. Hope everyone enjoyed it. So what a day, huh? By the way, look at this room. We got people that are just doing big business stuff in here. Just writing whiteboard stuff. Just figuring out what they gotta do for their companies. By the way, we're starting to finally pick up speed. We just turned our Facebook ads back on. 'Cause I turned them off, I wasn't super happy with kind of what was happening, but then like we basically, since we dialed back bottom line, we also dialed back top line, so we're not growing as fast top line, but it's actually deliberate. So, you know, in terms of like our acquisition costs, like per sale, it's kind of like actually consistent, so we've sort of proven that we can like hit the levers. So met with one of our customers who's gonna now, he's actually gonna manage one of our AdWords, or our one, our AdWords campaign, and we're gonna like look to just blow it up. Blow that out. So within the next week, we're gonna like build out a ton of like landing pages. We're gonna look at best practices. We're gonna look at landing pages that are performing super well for other, you know, industries and other companies and stuff like that and sort of use those as inspiration. And then we're gonna just obviously be doing some A/B testing on conversion rate for a lot of those stuff. But I'm really excited to actually be able to deploy capital against inbound marketing and start to just generate a bunch of inbound leads and, or, you know, unassisted signups. I have a bunch of interviews actually like tomorrow looking to hire someone that can help build out the team. Very first customer support and ops hire, so excited about that. Anyway, I'll see you guys tomorrow. Thank you guys for following along on the journey. If you're new here, my name is Ryan Shank. We're building PhoneWagon. The whole team's in on it. It's super exciting. From the ground up, we went through Techstars in New York City. I'll let you guys go. Have an awesome weekend. I know it's Friday and you're listening to that Rebecca Black song. It's Friday. Kane, roll the clip. Friday, Friday, Friday. Uh, anyway, love you guys. See ya.
