Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your global sales and marketing coach, and I've got a pretty crazy statistic for you. Did you know that 75% of the top sellers in America are intimate with their CRM tool, their customer relationship management tool? 75-some percent. Now you might say, oh, where'd you get that stat from? I've observed it, I've read it, I've lived it, and I know that it's true. Nearly every sales superstar that I know is not just great at building relationships, but they're intimate with their tools. They're intimate with their sales tool sets in their CRM. They're great at building lists. They're great at pulling revenue reports. Some of them are admin level of their chosen CRM. When I look for characteristics of top salespeople, there's several things that they do. One, they burn up the phone. They recognize the phone as a differentiating factor. Number 2, their emails they write, super, super short. Number 3, they know how to text people and they know how to use text to their advantage. Number 4, they're educated and they love to learn. And number 5, almost all of them are intimate with their CRM tool. Friends, if you get nothing out of all the training that I share online, get intimate with your chosen CRM. There's nothing better to get there further and faster than really understanding and getting an admin-level understanding of your CRM, your marketing toolset, your email toolset. Set yourself a goal. This week I'm going to learn at least one new thing that my technology does for me that I didn't know last week. Figure it out, friends. If you want to see a change in your sales business, truly, friends, get intimate with your CRM. Don't have a CRM? Now that's something, friends, that you need to solve right away. If sales was easy, everybody'd be doing it. They're not. We literally, we are the chosen few that do this every single day, and I love it. I'd never do anything else. Friends, don't forget, it's not an easy job. It's something we can live, we can learn, we can make it a part of our lives so that we can live where we want, drive where we want, vacation where we want, Sales is a beautiful business.
