Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your sales coach, and this is a time that's pretty hard to sell. It's kind of hard, tough to sell right now amidst this whole COVID-19 situation. So when you do get customers on the phone, I think it's important just to recognize that it's an awkward conversation. Hey Jill, I know this is a super awkward conversation, but— Hey Brian, I know this is a super awkward conversation, but And then make sure that you empathize with people. Don't just bowl them over. Don't just run right through that fence. Make sure you empathize with them. Now, be careful, friends. So empathize, but make sure, friends, you're staying real focused and that you're really getting out there and getting in front of people. Call it what it is, it is a little awkward, but friends, we got a job to do and people are at home working, so they got plenty of time to do research and things like that, a part of our sales process.
