Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your global sales and marketing coach, and here comes your sales training tip of the week. LinkedIn is by far one of the most powerful sales tools that's available today. In a previous sales tip, I told you really need to make sure your profile is rock solid. Go and work on your About Us and things like that in your profile and make sure your picture is current as well. You know what I'm saying, wink wink, you know what I'm saying on that. Another thing you need to do on LinkedIn is like and follow companies that you engage with on a regular basis, especially your customers. So for example, you know, I've got 200 or 300 customers. I'm connected to most of them on LinkedIn, and I make the effort to go in and look and see what is it that they're sharing, what are they talking about. I like those things, I comment on those things. Make sure you're following all the companies that are customers of yours online. Share their content, like their content. I have heard from many, many customers of mine, hey, I really appreciate it that you share our stuff. I really enjoy it when you like the things that I share on LinkedIn. Friends, it's all about a higher level of engagement with your customers. When you think about it, customer service is just expected. Everybody expects good customer service. It's the extra things you do as you roll through your sales life, that's what keeps your customers, your advertisers, whatever, it keeps them around for a lifetime. Retention is key. And one of the things that I love to do is follow my, my colleagues and my customers on LinkedIn, get in there and make comments, engage in the conversation, and things like that. I think what you'll find is it allows you to step up your sales game in a way that you really hadn't thought of before. I'm Ryan Dohrn, your sales coach. Glad to be of help.
