In this promotional video, Craig Cameron walks viewers through his 350‑acre ranch near Lincoln and Ruidoso, New Mexico. He highlights a fully restored 125‑year‑old cabin built from authentic longleaf pine on a rock foundation, along with three additional cabins arranged around a central kitchen. The property features self‑planted ponderosa pines, four on‑site wells, and extensive equestrian infrastructure: creosote‑treated wooden corrals, sturdy loafing sheds, a cedar round pen, and horseback latches designed for training and riding. Cameron emphasizes the durability of the wooden structures, the superior year‑round climate, hunting opportunities, and the balance of seclusion with proximity to town, positioning the ranch as a premium, historic, and fully equipped equestrian estate.

Hi, I'm Craig Cameron, and I wanted to show you my beautiful ranch right out of historic Lincoln, New Mexico. This is my favorite building on the ranch. Again, built by the guy that specializes in restoration. All longleaf pine, totally authentic, so comfortable and nice. The details inside are fabulous. It's 3 cabins under one roof, the middle one being a kitchen, and guys, it doesn't get any more fun Or any better than this right here. This is one of the authentic buildings that we've built here. You know, when I bought this property, there wasn't one single thing on it, and this is a typical cabin. This is a 125-year-old cabin, totally restored, that we brought in here by a guy that specializes in restoration, with a rock foundation. The rock's actually off this ranch here. Ponderosa pines that we planted 11 years ago, they're doing great. And again, the views, the ambiance, the weather— hey, you won't find a better spot than this little ranch right here. Here you can see a typical set of corrals that we built. This is all treated lumber. When I say treated, it's creosote. You can't even get it anymore, so it's going to last forever. They just don't build corrals like this anymore— wooden corrals, wooden gates. And those loafing sheds are the best you'll ever find. I guarantee they'd hold up in a tornado. Really great for the horses. Great water as well. Got 4 wells on the ranch. You know, I've built some incredible pens and corrals. This round pen here, all cedar stays, totally western. Pipe, it's a lifetime type of pen. Great horseback latches here. Loafing sheds, ponderosa pines. And you know, if you want to do some riding and training, you won't find a better pen You certainly won't find a better view than this setup right here. Hey, this is 350 acres. Hey, great, best riding you've ever seen, all up in these mountains, great hunting, and some people say it has the finest year-round climate of any place in the United States. Hey, this is a beautiful ranch, and I'll tell you what, if you like seclusion, yet close to the town of Ruidoso, hey, this is a beautiful place to be.
