Hey, this is Ryan over here at Brain Swell Media. Today we're going to talk about how to create a YouTube channel. Now the first thing you need to remember is you're going to need to sign up for a YouTube account or a Google account, if you will. Now you can't have multiple channels within one YouTube account, but you can have a channel that shows multiple playlists. So once you've signed up for a single account, Your interface is going to look just like this. And from here, you can see in the top right, BrainSwell Media. I'm going to drop down. I can see my channels, my videos, my subscriptions, etc. Okay? So what I want to do now is I just want to look at the videos that I've uploaded. Now, obviously, if you've just begun, you're going to need to upload some videos. How do you do that? It's very simple. You're simply going to click on this upload button at the top here, and then you can simply drag your videos here. Or you can click Upload Video and then you're going to be able to browse to where your video is. Now, once you have it uploaded, then you can choose which playlist you'd like to add it to. So I'm going to go back here and choose My Videos. You notice here on the right I'll have Playlists. Now what I can do is I can choose New, a new playlist, and give it a title. Let's just call it Test. Alright, and then we're going to click create the playlist. So here is the Test. Now, I'm gonna actually go here to the top right. I'm gonna choose Videos, okay? Then I'm gonna click in the box to determine which videos I wanna add to my playlist, alright? Then I'm gonna choose Add To, and then which playlist I'd like to add it to. So those videos have just been added to the playlist, okay, that's called Test, okay? So I can click on Test here and I can see the videos that are available here. Now over on the channel, let's go and choose Channel. Within the channel, what I can do is I can have it show various playlists. So you'll see here, for example, I've got HD Video Production as a playlist. You can edit your playlist here, you can arrange your playlist here. You can also then under Settings choose which one that you want to actually play first. I'm sorry, under Video and playlists. So under video playlists, look over here on the right, I'm showing that within my channel, these are the playlists that I want to display. I can also then show which video I'd like to play first. I can also then change themes and colors. And then under settings, of course, I can change the titles, I can do all kinds of tagging for search engine optimization, etc. So just remember something, you can have one channel with various playlists within that channel. But what you can't have is you can't have multiple channels under one username. You'll simply need to sign up for another Google account, and I'm not aware of anything that says you can't have as many Google accounts as you would like. So again, to review, you just need to go to YouTube in the beginning and you just need to sign up for a brand new account, and it's as simple as up here on the right, just click Create an Account, and then you're simply going to create your email address, your username, etc. And from there, follow the directions that we just covered. I hope that's helpful, and I hope that you have a great time with your YouTube channel. I'm Ryan Dohrn from BrainSwell Media.
