Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your sales and marketing coach. Here comes your tip of the week. I want you to remove 50% of the slides and text from your sales deck. I'm not kidding. Pull up your most recent sales deck that you're using and remove 50% of the slides and 50% of the text. I promise you, unless you've done this before, your sales decks are way, way, way too long. I have a really unique opportunity every year to work with about 500 different companies, work with about 700 to 2,000 different salespeople. I see sales decks that are way too long all the time. Remove the fluff, strip that sucker down to its bones, and what you'll probably find is a slide deck that's right on time, right on point, right on mark, and will actually work to get the job done. Here's my, here's my job as a coach, as a speaker, as a motivator, to challenge you to do things you wouldn't normally think of doing. Remove 50% of of the slides or the text from your deck. And I think you're going to have a winning sales deck in your hands to get things done. I'm Ryan Dohrn, your sales and marketing coach. If I can be of help to you, reach out to me. The website is real easy, ryandohrn.com. All right, friends, we'll see you next time.
