What's going on, friends and fans? I am answering your listener questions that you sent in to ryan@ryandohrn.com. And the next one is from Renee in Illinois. Ryan, I heard your video about proper send times and some research. I wonder if you could dig more in on that because I have heard repeatedly that there is no perfect time to send emails. Renee in Illinois. Well, Renee, I have heard the exact same thing. Even when I'm logged into Mailchimp or HubSpot or the marketing manager, hey, there's There's no perfect day, there's no perfect time, and I just disagree with that. And I think email service providers are getting better and better at optimizing times for delivery. So when I say to you that Monday and Fridays are not the best days to email, well, there is some windows of time that tend to work on Mondays. So I've got it here on my screen, our data. We had 1,200 emails that we sent, 80 different salespeople. We found that Monday between 1 and 4 had the lowest open rates of the week, but that was the most effective window of time on Monday. Friday, between 10 AM and 1 PM, was the second most effective time of the week. So Monday was the worst, Friday was the second worst. Between 10 and 1 was kind of the best on Friday. And then Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, that was our prime. That was really where we found our best results. We emailed, found that 11 AM in the client's time zone and 3 PM got us the best results. I used to do 11 and 4. I've changed that based upon the data that we got back from our 80 different salespeople that were sending emails. Now, maybe one of our further videos we'll talk about the subject lines and that type of thing, but Monday between 1 and 4, Friday between 10 and 1, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11 AM and 3 PM— for me, I feel like those are going to be some of the best times for you to send those emails. And nothing's perfect out there, but you definitely don't want to be random. out there in sales land. So Renee from Illinois, and I'm an Illinois guy, thanks for sending in that question to ryan@ryandohrn.com. Hey, bring me in.
