Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your sales and marketing coach, and your tip of the week is selling with lists. Now what do I mean by that? Every CRM that's out there, you can create lists. Have you ever sat down in front of your CRM and you're like, oh man, where am I going to go today? Where do I even start? Well, what I like to do is either tag customers, put them into contact groups, whatever your CRM does, and almost every good CRM is going to do this I wanna create lists for myself. So I've got a prospecting list. These are people I'm trying to get meetings with. I've got a retention list. This is a list of people that I'm actively retaining. I might have an in-progress list. These are people that I've met with and I need to keep up with over the course of time. Maybe I've got a trade show list. What I find is that by nature, the way that God designed my brain, I am just kind of a random person. I'm sort of like, woo, I just like to have a good time. What lists help me do is they help me stay focused. Now, make sure you keep the list clean. If somebody needs to come off the list, always put somebody new on the list, but sell with lists. Use your CRM to create lists, work those lists, and stay focused. I think in the end, you're gonna find you save yourself time and you make yourself more money.
