Ryan Dohrn explains how to stay productive working from home: treat it like an office day, then block every hour on your calendar for specific tasks. Your calendar runs your day, not your inbox.

Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your sales coach. Hey, now more than ever before, we're working from home and friends, we got to stay laser focused. You got to treat each day as if you're going to work. You got to get up in the morning, take a shower, get your coffee cup ready to go. Heck, I know one guy that gets in his car, drives around the block and comes back home just so that he feels like he's in the groove, like he's going to work. What I love to do though is I time block everything. Hey, you've heard me, if you've been listening to my podcast or heard me talk about this, I time block every day. I do not let my inbox control my day. My calendar controls my day. Every single thing that I need to get done— meetings, replying to clients, prospecting— it's all time blocked on my calendar and it repeats every day. Friends, don't forget, most of us thrive under structure. So when we're at home, it's pretty darn unstructured. So make sure you're structuring your day for sales success. I'm your sales coach, Ryan Dohrn. You can learn more about me online over at ryandohrn.com. My last name is D-O-H-R-N. ryandohrn.com. Stay safe out there and be well.
