Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your sales coach. And now more than ever before, we need structure. It's very easy to get distracted by kids, laundry, walking the dog, doorbell ringing, talking to a neighbor across the fence, or whatever the circumstances. I mean, stay 6 feet away, but talk to your neighbors, right? So we've really got to stay focused. One of the things that I'm doing is I'm setting time limits for everything that I'm doing. I'm working on a podcast right now, set a time limit for it. Working on a proposal, set a time limit for it. Set a time limit for everything. If my lovely wife of 25 years says, honey, I need your help with blank. I set a time limit for it. Okay, that's a little dangerous, by the way. Be careful about that. But anyway, you get my point— setting time limits for everything. So I grab my phone out of my pocket, I say, okay, I need 30 minutes for this. I put 30 minutes on the clock and boom, I set it, sit there, and I watch it because I respond well under pressure. Most people do. Friends, toggle.com reports that you can up your productivity by 150% If you really want to get wickedly good at time management. Hey, by the way, I've got a time management video.
