Hey friends, Ryan Dohrn here, your Global Sales Coach, and I am answering your listener questions sent into ryan@ryandohrn.com. All right, next question here from Dan in Tulsa. Dan's question is, Ryan, if you could identify one subject line that always works, what would that subject line be? So this is gonna be kind of a short tip, friends, uh, for this week. Dan, good question. What I like to do often is track my subject lines in my CRM. So you can use tools like Reportive and other tools in Gmail to see when somebody opens something. But I also look at my CRM and I try to identify subject lines that work. All right, your question, which works the best for me? Hands down, it's a date. So if I want to meet with somebody on May the 29th, which is my birthday by the way, wink wink, I'm going to say in the subject line, May 29th. The body of the email is going to reference May the 29th is when I want to meet. So, for example, if I look at my calendar here, if I'm going to meet with somebody on 4/15, as an example, then what I'm going to do is I'm going to put 4/15, or I'm going to put— what is that, April? I'm going to put April 15th in the subject line and then reference that in the body of the email. By far, probably gets me the best open rate. And I've got folks like Patty that have just emailed me here a few minutes ago that said, hey, that works almost every single time. Why does it work? Probably because people see the subject line and go, oh, what did I miss? So, just keep that in mind, Dan from Tulsa. All right, keep your listener questions coming to me, ryan@ryandohrn.com.
