And it's doable. Like Monday did it in one year. HubSpot did it in one year. A lot of you did it in one year. But most startups are just thinking about this as a temporary thing. The board said get more efficient. Like we, we're not sure we can raise another round so we're going to pause, we're going to slow down. That's very different than fundamentally changing all of the metrics and numbers we've looked at for 10 or 15 years that everything's going to have to change. Everything's going to get 33% more efficient and maybe 33% harder. Quotas will have to be actually be met, everything will have to be more disciplined. So will this stick? I don't know. But again, we're coming into 18 months into this change time. Maybe it's not a downturn, but it's a side turn, it's a reflattening. And if, if we, if we end up 24 months into this and multiples are sort of the same, I think we are in a new efficient world for the first time in SaaS. We will not, we will not go back. People now know like you can't say, hey, well we're always invest that we can't be profit. Monday doesn't want to be profit. HubSpot doesn't need to be profit. You can't. Now we've proven they can be the exact same companies with the exact same products and the exact same management were able to become radically more efficient in a year, you know, net.
