You've said hiring is not the most important thing for startups. It's MIS hires. Well, hiring is more important. But second, but if, but helping folks identify a MIS hire is, is a high value add. Okay. Okay. Because you're lucky. You're lucky. You know, you're lucky. If I was just rewatching an old Sasser session with, with Dev, who's the CEO of Mongo, who's a classic operator, multiple companies and a partner batteries. Like, if I'm lucky, I get 60% right? Yeah, this is Dev. If he's lucky, he gets 60% right. So maybe 50% is a good goal for the rest of us. So I actually think you can do a lot better as a founder. I think you can approach 80 or 90% if you get enough help from, from advisors and mentors and others. This is why I'm kind of annoying about it, because I know I'm usually right on this stuff, but then if the decision's wrong, I want to keep, I want, I do want to be a nudge so that you just decide a quarter earlier.
