Do you have enough customers in New York? Do you have enough customers in the Bay Area? Do you have enough customers in Southern California? How about London? Even if you don't really want to go to Europe or wherever, I bet you have at least 10 cities where you have a customer concentration. Go there and maybe do. Maybe do the good ones twice a year and magic will happen. Customers prospects. Get them to eat together. I would prefer to just have a nice simple meal, but people just love these steak dinners. Go visit your customers when you don't know what to do. This is such a classic Saster post and it may not seem like marketing, but it is customer marketing. Go visit them. It's easy. If you haven't done this before, go do a roadmap presentation. Especially as a CEO. Customers, if it's a sales call, they may not want to meet in person. But if you tell them you want to show them the roadmap for the product for the next year, you will almost always get a meeting and you'll be shocked. And so this always works. You do not need an excuse. You do not need to do a sales call. Just say, we want to show you our roadmap for where the product's going in the next 12 months. They will get you. They will get you a meeting. Try to do one of these at least per month if you can. More, more if possible. And then do as many.
