The Wall Street Journal had an article, I don't know if you saw it, that employee employees, especially in tech, have the lowest satisfaction on record, certainly the lowest since 2020. Have you thought about we talked about you, but how do you how do you energize the troops in this era? Have you changed anything other things you can do to make when when people are they've yo yoed so many times over the last few years. Any insights on how to inspire the troops more these days?
Well, I didn't see that report, but I guess my guess would be that's sort of a relative measurement off of all time highs relative to other industries. I definitely don't want to diminish the psychological impact of things like layoffs and whatnot.
