Jason M. Lemkin explains how startups scale from 10 customers to 360 by finding a repeatable pattern and sticking with it. Once you nail your first 10 customers, you can double your way up if you keep learning and don't quit.
That is much more rarely successful. But if you have amazing founders who are committed for 10 years and understand the market, you are already better than 99.9% of the rest. Right? And you will not fail unless you let yourself fail. If you get to just 10 customers, because if you get to 10, you will get to 20, right? And I said this in the earlier disaster, people thought it was dumb. Now it's obvious. If you get to 10, you'll get to 20. If you get to 20, you'll get to 40 to 80, 160, 320, 640. It always happens. If you have a great team and you don't quit and you get better and better, you learn the industry better.
