I am Jessica Ma. I am the co founder and CEO of Indinero. Born and raised in New York but living in San Francisco. Some advice I give to the next generation of SaaS founders is to be patient. You don't need to be in a rush to make your company like huge and hire a bunch of people right away. Like, take your time, it's okay. The world won't collapse if you don't hire 100 people within two years. I hope that everyone at SAASTR just comes here and really works to meet other people and share best practices. Be more vulnerable. Talk about your problems and your challenges. Don't just talk about how you're crushing it because no one wants to hear about that.
