My name is Lou Cerny. I'm the founder CEO of New Relic. I'm here because I'm very excited about the SAASTR conference. Oh, I think Saster is super valuable because it is the undisputed thought leader in how to build SaaS businesses. These are hard businesses to build. Growing ARR efficiently, delivering on a great customer experience, delivering on the financial side. These are hard things. Delivering on the people side, building your team. I think Jason's pretty much legendary. Almost everyone in this industry discovered him because he's just so profound with what he writes about the business of SaaS companies. And so I started seeing him online with Twitter and following him on Quora and everything. I said, this guy is so smart and understanding of what's going on. I learned a lot from him. So I've been a huge fan for years, and I just thought it'd be an honor to be part of this conference. He's got such a wonderful way to think about the system of building SaaS companies. Like, what metrics matter, how do you get a sense of the health of your business in the numbers? And then there's also a qualitative element to it, too, that just comes from. He's obviously a deep thinker on it, based on a lot of experience, personal experience in the SaaS space, as well as just really having lots of good connections to other people that have gone through building SaaS companies. And he just distills that down into wisdom that's just so easy to consume. I apply it and how I think about my company on a regular basis.
