Okay, sweet. Hello everyone who is joining. Thanks for joining our weekly Saster Insider webinars. We do these every Thursday just for sponsors and partners for our upcoming Faster annual event that's coming fast now in May. I think we're just a little under 50 days to go. We have a few reminders we mainly want to hit today in case you are a new sponsor, which we've had, or if you're catching up on everything faster. This will really help get you a light of the land. This deck we'll throw into the sponsor portal, but I'll also put it here in the chat. Let me just pause my sharing for a second and I'll throw this in to the chat. And then there's just a few things we want to go through today with everybody just to help you get prepped. And as always, if you have any questions as we go along, please drop your questions either into the Q and A or the chat. Either place will be fine. So let me resume that. Okay, so yeah, we're coming up quickly on Saster Annual, so there's a few things to know. I think just now as you're starting to prep for Saster. This is a copy of the email reminder we sent out yesterday. It goes to the primary PoCs, but if you want somebody added to that distribution, just let us know. That's. That's an easy thing for us to do to adjust. This is separate from attendee emails that you'll start to get if you have registered your teams already. Those are more attendee facing. They're like attendee newsletters that go to everyone who's registered. So that information is great. And there's a lot of things like sessions that you can sign up for. This is going to be a lot more sponsor specific. So first and foremost, and the bulk of what we'll be talking about today is that booth graphics are indeed due next week to avoid any late fees. So we'll go over that. Booth headers, we'll go over today. I know there's been a few questions on how these work because they're new for faster annual this year. So we'll go over that today. These webinars, as a reminder here, we do these every Thursday for sponsors at 9. We're going to do these all the way up to the Thursday right before it's after Annual. So yeah, please be sure to sign up for these or you can also watch the replays on the souther YouTube channel or in the sponsor portal. Either place, you just go to this live tab and all of the replays are there in, like, a handy playlist. So just a reminder there, if you have other folks that want to join, we kind of have, like, an agenda for the next few webinars, which I'll share in one of the upcoming slides. So, yeah, lots, lots going on there on the webinars. In terms of food selection, again, I know this is something a lot of folks have been asking about if they've missed the selection or if it's their turn to pick their booth. So we're currently on the Super Golds, I think just based on how quickly that is going, I anticipate that all the super goals to be done by this time next week, and then we'll move on to gold. So it should be very, like, within the next. So, you know, if that takes a week and the gold stick another two weeks, like maybe a week and a half, like in the next three weeks or so, everybody will have their booth numbers, if not sooner. I know it's been starting to go a lot quicker because everyone's just really eager to have their booth placement ready and use it right for things like if you're doing shipments, et cetera, we'll talk about shipments a little bit today. But if you are shipping things and you don't have your booth number yet, you can always just put your company name and we'll match it up for you. So no worries there. Very similarly, we have started the kickoff for activation selection. So right now that would be like, you know, the super goals are starting to pick their activations as well. If you've missed that, we did, like, a dedicated webinar on it. But you can also click the link in this deck and also in the sponsor portal just to go through kind of the activations. You can do that we have that are either turnkey or suppliers we've worked with before. I know there's also been a fair amount of people who have a particular idea in mind and are just working through our events team to make sure they have all their ducks in a row to bring their activations. Right. So I know, like, a lot of games have been brought in for this year with different boots, and that is still something that you should reach out to us to help coordinate. Right. A lot of those games need extra power, which we can help you coordinate with the power vendors a lot of them have. You know, if we can load in Monday, like, that's. That takes some coordination between us, you and your vendor, as well as things like, you know, making sure they have the right Delivery addresses, passes, things like COIs. You just need to do like a quick COI if you're doing a non food activation. But again, it's a short checklist so it doesn't take it super long if you do an activation that is not food based, if that makes sense. Right.
Because then there's no, no health inspector involved. Right?
There's no health inspector involved. Yeah, that's, that's the key. Yeah.
And the big thing, the most important thing is just run it by us. And yeah, I've seen really quick turnaround from our team on a couple of details, but it'll make your experience much smoother because if things show up that are unexpected and the people on site are not expected and by people on site, it's like there's Freeman, there's the event.
Yeah.
Itself, the venue. And so there's a lot of different stakeholders involved. And so yeah, just let us know and we'll work with you to quickly get it approved or flagged for you that something could be an issue, which is better to know now than before you order it. So.
Yeah, for sure. Yeah. So far I would say we've only really had like one thing that needed some oversight on, but everything else has been actually fairly straightforward. Yeah. Been smooth. Fairly straightforward so far. So again, not a process that should scare you guys, just a process that, you know, we help coordinate all those things on the back end, as David mentioned. Right. Between vendors, different people, like shipping load in all that Jazz, ticketing, parking. Right. Like again, super simple, very smooth. But we help coordinate all that so that your vendors and you can show up and this is like, you know, in, in your booth the way you want it to be and, and the way you kind of expect it to work. So that's kind of the spiel on activations. There's a good question in the chat here. If I haven't been contacted yet about boost selection, who should I reach out to? And just based on this question and the company I'm seeing here in the chat, we have not gotten through all the super golds yet. So even though we're on this super gold level, we're about midway. So we haven't gotten to everybody yet. For the company who asked in particular, we have not gotten to yet if anybody else also has this question we probably just haven't gotten to yet because the folks that are in current activation selection have all acknowledged that they're up for activation or sorry for booth selection. So everybody knows right now like if they're, if they're able to choose their booth. It's not a matter of like you missing an email or anything. So no worries there. Again, I anticipate in the next week you'll get that email just because people are moving pretty fast to pick their booth.
I'll just add that our team doesn't just send you an email and move on. They actually keep following up to get your selection when it's your turn. So for better or worse, and if not, they'll ask, you know, me or someone else to follow up. So, like, you will hear from us when it's your turn, but it's still a very fair question. But coming soon.
Yeah, you will hear from us if you're like, oh, you know, I'm a super goal. The super goals will be. The rest of the super goals will be in the next week. If you feel like you're going to be out of office or, you know, maybe away, just email events.com because we can work through that. So that's the super. If you're gold, I would anticipate it's either Friday of next week or the beginning of the week after. Right. So that'd be the second week of the first full week of April, which is the second week of April. So that's the estimated timelines again, I think just with all the super goals that are left to pick. That's fairly accurate now. But. But like I said, people are moving quite quickly, which is nice. And if at any time you want to get a sense of what people are taking, we do update the map in real time on the sponsor portal. How we do gold and super Golds too. So you guys know is we do it in like sets. So right now there's like a set of like eight super Golds that are picking. You'll see we've updated this map with some of the super Golds that I've already picked and some of them like, we have their choices, but we need to literally wait for the person ahead of them to confirm their booth before we confirm like the other six. So we do go in order of contract level and sign date always. So just know we're always respectful of that and we were always mindful of, you know, watching out of where people are placed, like just making sure you're not like uber close to your competitors, etc. Too. So there is, yeah, as David mentioned, there's some thought that goes into it and yeah, you will always know when you're up for selection. If we can't get a hold of you, it's not that we assign your booth. We will literally track you down for better words, will drag you down. That's. Yeah. Okay. So that's selection and activations. Networking. I know this is a question that has been coming up a lot lately of like how does the networking work for this year? Because it is a little bit different. There are still things like brain dates. If you've been a sponsor before and you kind of know how our brain dates platform works, that is still a thing as you will and it's still a good. It's a big part of our networking for groups this year. And then we have a new way. We're doing one on one networking. So the way we're going to roll this out to you guys is do a dedicated webinar. So we're going to use the Thursday in two weeks just to go over networking. I mean we'll probably go over reminders too, but the bulk of it will be on Thursday, April 10. Just to go over networking. We're going to go over who do you want to meet? We're going to go over the brain date workshops so that you guys know exactly how to use these apps before we do a general attendee launch. So the way we always launch our networking apps as well as we launch it to our VIPs which includes some VIP attendees sponsors, that way you guys can have, you know, head start on networking and then we open up to attendees and the head starts not long like it's a few days but you still have a head start to get in there and you'll be able to start networking before a lot of people come. But then you know the flood of people will be good because then you can meet more people on the app. So that's the, that's the spiel on networking registration. So we have sent everybody their sponsor registration codes. I think I've seen a few email where people can find like the email we sent from Events After Inc with the code. That's fine. You can just email us back if you can't find it and we'll send it to you. And then the instructions here are how to get registered in the portal. But yeah, every everybody has their codes. I do recommend if you have time or if you've already submitted your booth graphics to start to register your teams. This will become more important going into next week and before April 10th because basically how our networking works on these apps when we roll it out to you on the 10th is you have to be registered in order to get access to the app. So you're going to want to make sure your team and specifically your execs that are going to be networking are all registered as well as maybe your speakers are registered before this date on the 10th. As you guys know from David. We'll send you reminders on that. But just a little verbal reminder here. You should try and register folks before the 10th as best you can. You can always, you know, transfer tickets later if you have a swap on team members, but this way they'll have access to the app as soon as we launch it. I know travel and scheduling has become a common question as well. So if ever you need these sponsor hours for the expo hall specifically and Sponsor Load in and sponsor loadout are on the homepage of the sponsor portal. If you scroll down on this homepage, you'll see the hours here. This is really the best agenda for sponsors. These are all the at a glance hours. Super easy, right? The agenda for SAS Randall 2025 is like a lot bigger. So I always point people here. If you're trying to do things like book, travel, flash, look at when you might come in for load in. If you do end up having an activation, we typically recommend taking advantage of the Monday that you can come load in. You don't have to. If you're like, eh, my activation is still pretty easy. I'll just load in super early Tuesday. I see people do that. Just know it gets busy on Tuesday, right? Like everyone comes in therapy, it's Tuesday. So we always recommend if you have something a little bit more custom or bespoke, any type of activation come Monday, right? Like even if you just send one person or if you're like, hey, I'm going to have the vendor come Monday. Can Saster receive like, you know my game, my food vendor who's going to come up, that's totally fine too. Again, that's why, you know, you let us know if you have an activation so we can help coordinate those kinds of things. We can be there to receive deliveries, et cetera. Sometimes though, that means like you need to put us as like a POC with your vendor so that they know that like we can sign off for your delivery or something if you won't physically be there yourself until Tuesday. But again, just things to work through with us so we can help you coordinate it coming to life. But yeah, that's the travel and schedule there. The campus map is something we'll talk a lot more about coming in April. Like the different things on campus and how you guys can take advantage of it. You're probably not worried about that today. If you haven't submitted your booth graphics, it's probably all you care about. But last but not least, the link is here as well to book your hotels. This goes to the main discounted room block that we have. That's about, I want to say, seven minutes away from the event center. I just clocked it the other day, so sometimes we hit all the lights. It takes seven minutes instead of five. But this goes to the Hampton and San Mateo. The shuttle will go here as well. So that's the, that's the nice part of it. You can also change the dates up here. It kind of has like some, you know, these are probably. Maybe you're coming Saturday, it's a little early. But if you're coming like Tuesday and leaving early Friday, you can update the dates there. And there are still some rooms available here. I know we're going to release another room block that's a little bit further away, but it's a little bit more cost effective, so we'll send that out as well. But this one is the one that the shuttle will run to, the secondary one that's a little bit further away. The shuttle does not run. Disaster shuttle at least does not run there. So just things to keep in mind there. But you can use that link to book it. And yeah, there's also like badge pickup that the handed in. So if you come early and you want to take advantage of satellite red, you can do that there too, which is nice and easy. Okay, so these are the timelines and deadlines. We will spend a ton of time on this. Since we just went through a lot of the reminders, we're going to talk about booth graphics because those are all due on Tuesday. So we will talk about those today and kind of have that work. So some of you have already uploaded your booth graphics. So awesome. Thanks for doing that. If you've already uploaded to our Dropbox, basically what we're doing is we do a first pass of your booth graphics. We make sure, you know, we spot check for any, any discrepancies we might see from the Friedman templates. Like if we see the headers on a super goal or combined and they really have a seam. Right. Like, we'll call things like that out. If we see that your graphic is going to get blocked by some type of furniture, we call those things out. If there's no flags, we send them to Freeman. And basically Freeman's going to start creating your guys's proofs. That usually takes a couple days. We give you the proof back, and then you can, you know, visually see what your booth will look like and you can approve it from there. Or if you need to, like, make an edit again if something got blocked that you weren't expecting to. But yeah, that is how the process for booth graphics work. They are due no later than noon next Tuesday, April 1. It's not an April Fool's joke. It is really due that day. If your artwork is late, there are some late fees that are applicable. If you think you're gonna be late, which a few of you have said to us, please just email us so we can try and see. Like, you do still need to turn your booth graphics in. Like, I've gotten this question a lot lately. Like, hey, we're gonna be late. Can I submit it, like, the last day of April? Like, that's too late. Like, even if there is a late fee, we are still expecting these to all be turned in, you know, in a. In a still early April time frame. So just keep that in mind, too. Also, no shame. Like, we've had a few sponsors be like, my designers can't do it by Tuesday. Do you have somebody you can recommend who can help us through this? And the answer is, we do. So, like, no shame if you're like, hey, I need a designer. Like, I haven't. Like, no judgment if you're like, I haven't started on this and that's through Tuesday, and I need some help. Just email events bestrank.com we will help get you to the person who can help you with your booze graphics and go from there. So no shame if you need a little bit more help. If not, I know a few people, too, were like, I might just pay the late fee so that, you know, I have an extra week to submit. And there's that. But again, it's helpful if we know that, because otherwise you're going to get endless reminders if you don't turn in by Monday. I'm like, yeah, we're going to do a little reminder. We're doing a reminder now. We'll do a little one tomorrow. We'll do one Monday for people who haven't submitted yet. And then we're definitely going to individually chase people down on Tuesday. Yeah, don't be offended by all of our reminders. Again, just helpful if you preemptively tell us you think you might be late, because, again, that's where we're working through with some of the sponsors of, like, hey, can we help? Help you. Help you do that. Or, you know, when do you think you could get it by all things like that. So that's booth graphic. We'll go over the artwork stuff in a second. The other thing, I just want to call out for some of our sponsors and I know it's the same niche dates. I guess this is Friday, March 28th. Not today, technically. Sponsored speaker first drafts are due tomorrow. I've gotten a few. I haven't gotten a lot based on what the speakers team has sent me. So kind reminder, but those don't have a late fee. So to be honest, we're probably not going to chase you down until after Wednesday because the late fee is not enacted by us. So just keep that in mind though, that technically, technically your slides are due. Thankfully, there are no late fees attached to your slides being a little bit later. So, yeah, I'm going to say between speakers team, myself and the others on the speakers team, we're really not going to chase you down as a sponsor until after your booth graphics are turned in, but then we will. So, yeah, just a little thing there. Don't panic if you're like, oh, shoot, I didn't realize they were also due. Just something to start to work on because we will start to follow up on that next week. Okay, let's talk booth graphics. Maybe ad nauseam a little bit more. But just like five minutes on it and then we'll break for any questions. But hopefully by now you guys have seen there's kind of a few different resources you can use to build out your booth design. I like to use the at a glance reference side by side with the actual booth specs. So these are the ones at a glance, right? This will tell you. This is nice because it also tells you everything that's in your booth, where like the PDFs of the booth slicks, as we call them, doesn't always say everything that's included in the booth, but it does give you dimensions for panels. So I'm going to download this download. I'm going to open this one for instance, and so you can see what I mean on a gold booth. I'll just go to a gold here. Like, this one's nice because you can kind of see it at a glance of how you know it's a 3D model. So it's a little bit nice. And this one, you know, is a little less fun, but does give you all the technical specs of like, okay, here's how far down you know the. I know this question gets asked a lot of like, how far down is this monitor. I'm like, well, it's 18.6 inches down and then 29, almost 30 inches across and 30 inches from the other side. So when you're an illustrator, when you're a designer is they can do that on the guidelines so that they know where the TV sits for things like TVs and cabinets for any level. I always say, like, give yourself an extra couple inches on your design. I've seen people try and put things like, oh, we're going to write something right over the tv. And like, I don't know, it just doesn't align perfectly. And like, it's not over the TV. Like, it's blocked by the TV. Usually good to include like 2 inches of bleed all around. Just as a good rule of thumb. There again, you will get your proof. So if you're ever like, okay, I see that it's getting cut off, you're going to have to update it. But that's why I call it out now so that you won't have to do a round of updates. Yeah. For most sponsors who are returning sponsors or use the templates that are in the portal, you typically don't need a lot of changes between your proof and then your final booth, which is actually quite nice because then you don't have to worry about, like, going back, redoing it. You can just approve it and then it's done and you're good to go. So I'll call that out there. The other thing I'll call it is we do have Illustrator templates here. So if your design team is like, I can't really. I don't really want to suss out, like, where this monitor is, etc. You could download them. They're Illustrator files, though you may not be able to open them, but typically your design team will have Illustrator and we'll be able to open those. They are packaged together, so just make sure you open the right one. So, like, you'll get. When you download this, it's all of them. So you'll get the gold, super gold, platinum, obviously. Just pick the one for your booth and go from there. So what did I miss? Yes, David, because I want to talk about header neck, but anything you think of in the booth that I missed for.
No, I think you nailed it. I think you got it. I think that's everything. Yeah. No, the headers is the question we've been getting the most. So I think it's great to dive into that.
Yeah, let's talk about the headers. The maybe other Thing, I'll just say, because last, like, full webinar before the graphics are due, maybe put your logo and name somewhere. I know that sounds really straightforward, but honestly, you'd be surprised. Sometimes I. We see booth graphics and there's no company name or there's no, like, tagline. Tagline is give or take. But, like, I would make sure your name and logo is somewhere on your graphics just because, you know, they. There's not a whole lot of other signage other than what's on your physical booth. So a lot of people, for instance, in the gold, we use like this C counter to put their name and logo. That works really well. Some people will do, you know, across the top and then kind of put some supporting stuff on the sides. All good there. Again, keep in mind, you know, you're going to be standing in your booth, other people are going to be standing in your booth. So as much as big and bold, you want things like your company name and logo, you to want. You kind of want those things on the top or in the front, right? So the C. C panel, front counter, or in the super gold, that's the really big D counter. Great place to put your name and your logo. These headers, too, even though they have a seam and a super gold. Great place to put your name, your logo, so people know who you are. And then let's talk about these categories. So as you can. I'm going to flip through so you guys can see who has a category header. So it's the gold boots, the super golds, the platinums, and the Platinum plus diamond is a little more custom and Silvers do not have them because they're in a smaller space. But basically how these headers work is they are what we call category headers. If you're a returning sponsor and you're like, I didn't have this last time. We didn't have them last time. This is brand new. This is off the feedback we've gotten from attendees that sometimes it's hard to figure out. Even if you put your logo in your name, sometimes it's hard to suss out because we do a lot of sponsors and there's a lot going on. What all the sponsors do, right? Like, if you're looking for a little, like, I don't know, I used to do this in college. Like, you have those little highlighter tabs in a book, which I don't think people do anymore. Like, if you're looking for a little, like, tab to be like, okay, where is, you know, the Go to Market people, where's the fintech people, where's the AI infrastructure people? Because I need some GPUs, like, where the compliance people. Like, this is the easiest way for attendees to know without trying to guess, like, just roughly what you do. Right. And so that was the. The inception of what we call the booth headers that are on the Gold, super gold, Platinum. These are the current categories that are on the slide. They're also in the sponsor portal, so I'm going to flip and show you where they are. So if you go into the task list, you'll see either the. And the goal is, as you submit your booth graphics, you pick your category. So you'll see here in order. Right? Like, you would submit your graphics here to our Dropbox. And then what you would do is you can see that list either on that slide or you can click this link and you'll see all the headers. At a glance, you'll notice they all look the same. Right? They all look the same. So just the text is different. They're all the same color. We're not changing any color. So, like, they're all just blue. That's just, you know, Saster's blue. So they're all just blue and they just look like this. Right? They're just the category name. So AI, machine learning, artificial intelligence, but AI a little longer. DevOps and developer tools. Right. Fintech. These are the categories. So you would choose one here. If you're like, okay, cool, we're in. Let's say we're a SOC 2 company. We're security compliance. I'm going to hit. I'm not going to hit submit because it's going to disappear for me. But then you would hit submit and you're done. And then that's the header we put on your boots. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. If you're like, I actually don't want a header because it ruins the aesthetic of my boots, I get it. You can say no header and that's fine. Then you'll just have no. And it's not that you can replace it with a custom one. You just won't have that B panel. So what I mean by that is if you don't like any of these categories, maybe, or if you really just don't like the way that this dark blue looks against your design, you can say you don't want this B panel and there just won't be a panel there. Technically, the boots, like, if you're a returning sponsor or if you're a New sponsor. Like, all the boots heights are the same, so actually, the head, they're all 10ft, right? Like, they're 10ft high. The headers are like an extra whatever. This is 40 inches. So no, that's why it's high. They're an extra foot. So they're an extra foot that gets added to the top of your boot Again, which is also why it's nice, because attendees can see it at the very top. But if you don't want one, you can just say, I don't want one. Unfortunately for this year, we'll see how it goes on the feedback. We're not letting people customize these. Just, again, the goal is for it to be easier for attendees. It's really meant for them so that they can see all this at a glance. If you're like, okay, I do want a header, but I don't really love any of these categories. It's possible. I can't promise anything. It's possible you could get a new category, but it has to be one that's going to fairly generic. Right? Like, it can't be. Oh, we're creating a category, and this is my category. Like, everyone's gonna do that. Everyone's gonna say, you know, they're the new category that doesn't exist. We can't accommodate that. But if you're like, okay, we're super common one. I'll give you a good example. Somebody. I can't remember the name of the sponsor, so I'm sorry if this is you, but I know somebody this morning was like, hey, we're actually like a software development tool. Like, can that be our category in that case? Yes, that's fairly generic and other people might be able to apply to that category. Right. In that case, we would add it here and then we would update the list. But if you're like, I don't know. I'm trying to think of a category that's like, too niche that we just wouldn't do, but maybe David knows.
Yeah, no, I hear you. I'm thinking about it.
I know. I'm trying to think. But, yeah, I don't know. I can't really think of a niche on my head because I'm entire. But basically, if you have or feel like I really want to try and get a custom one from the events team, make it as almost generic as possible. Right. Like, we did pick like the 20. There's 25 here. Like, the 25 most common ones that will fit the majority of you, to be honest. So if you are like, oh, can I get the category made? And we say, no, I need to pay from the list. Like, please don't be upset. Like, we can only have so many categories because the goal is to, like, again, categorize this and use these categories for our attendees. Right? So if we, if we. When we make, you know, printed signage of. Hey, here, all the fintech people, we're going to use this header to base of who all the fintech people are. But if everybody has their own category, it doesn't really help the attending. Right. You basically want to bucket yourself into what is most applicable for your company so that they know a bit about you. And I know some of these are broad. Like, vertical SaaS is so broad. But. But, you know, people get it. Like, okay, they're a vertical fastball. Like, I get it. Let's go to market tool. It's either sales or marketing. Like, I get it. Right? Like, the point is they can get it at a glance. It's super easy. So again, it's less. Maybe it's less so about you and more so about the attendee. But that's why we.
It's a good way to think about these.
Right?
It's a good.
But it's a little mean. I was like, I want to say it, though.
Well, yeah, but that. Yeah, that's where it came from, right? It was from attendee feedback that was looking at quickly at a glance. Understand. Okay, you know, this is how I should think about this company.
Or.
Yeah, but we'll see.
So, yeah, that's that. We'll see. It's an experiment based on attendee feedback. But, you know, some people might love this. And then we'll do even more categories next time. But again, if you're like, this is too complicated. I don't want one. Just choose no header on the sponsor portal. You don't have to do one. And if you forget to submit one, trust me, we will remind you. So that's the spiel on booth headers. I was like, I'm like, waiting for the chat to light up other questions, but maybe we cover. Okay, we've talked a little bit about activations already. It's just for anyone who does have an activation or is thinking of doing one. Yeah, I guess just like two minutes on this. There is a deck you can go to that has all the sponsor activations listed. It's in the sponsor portals. If you go here, go to activations. This will help you. This will go to the deck. It's a whole deck. It's pretty Long. But this is all like the vendors we've worked with that we can help you get out to. If you're like, hey, I want macaroons in my booth, I want ice cream frame. Someone's already doing this one so we'll mark that one. It's taken. I want popcorn in my booth. I want live. A lot of these are food. It's. I do think that's why most people who've reached out with like a custom one, it's like not food. Because a lot of these are food. Yeah, just something to coordinate. Again, either way, as David mentioned earlier, just let events asterisk know so you can help coordinate on like what's needed for your specific vendors also so that we have a heads up on it and that we can help you. You will need to get a COI regardless. So that's just something to keep in mind. That's not something we can do for you. You just ask your HR finance people to talk to your company's insurance team and get a coi. That can sometimes be as fast as like if you already have a policy that meets the requirements, they can usually turn around same day. If your policy needs some updates though, that can sometimes take a little bit of time. So that's why the sooner you know an activation the better. In case you need to reach out to your company's insurance people and they need to update your coi. Other than that, yes, shipping stuff is here. If you guys need it, you can start to ship and I know some swag. I actually will say that like final, final thoughts here. Like a late night show. If you are shipping things or if you're doing swag, just be mindful of like production times. Right. Like if you do it, I know your booth graphic girls would do to us, but like if you do your swag usually the first week of April, most things, I can't speak to every swag vendor on planet Earth, but I know most things have like a couple weeks production time. So if you do it like after you submit your booth graphics or if you do it next week, you should be able to get your swag made and ship it directly to the Freeman warehouse. That way you don't have to ship it to you and then you ship it to Freeman, it's obviously just a lot easier if you ship it directly to Freeman. So again, that's what I mean by like if you don't have your booth number yet and you start shipping stuff next week, just put your company name. If you don't put Your company name, it literally means you have to open your box if anything has the logo on it and then we go drop it at your booth. It's been known to happen, but at the very least if you can put your company name on it, then we don't have to open your boxes and figure out who that is. I've. I've been many a sleuth or on who's whose swag is this? I'm like, oh, this is like their alternate branding and it's, it's drop it at Thera booth. But anyways, so it's a little easier if you put your name on it at the very least, please. So yeah, just a quick note there. Like if you are shipping swag, probably good time frame, you can do it. I know some swag has longer lead times. Things like box things that get embroidered. Like I'm just speaking from stuff we've ordered for faster for this year. Some of those things take a little bit longer. Like we've already ordered them and they're not coming to like the end of April. So just be mindful like some things do take time. Depending on your vendor if you want to pay any like rush fees. But if you don't, probably good. Rule of thumb is to start ordering your swag next week and ship it directly to Freeman at the warehouse. That's usually path of least resistance. Other thing I'll call out is on I just need normal faster on sastranual.com Again, if you haven't registered your teams yet, you can also, you can still look at this. Want to register a team school? You can start to pick your sessions. So again, things we're going to cover off more so starting next week versus this week because smooth graphics. I haven't said that enough yet. The things like, you know, you can log in here to our agenda. You can start to pick your sessions. You can do overlapping ones. So if you're like, hey, I'm going to just plan to, you know, be there Monday. I always like to add anytime you think you're going to be there as a sponsor so that you know that like okay, this is when reg opens, right? So I'm going to just save this, I'm going to save a seat. But that way actually it goes into your account. You can save this to your calendar. It will show up in your app. Once we launch the app, you can do things like, okay, I'm going to save a seat for when the sponsor sponsor Expo is open. So I know exactly the sponsor hall hours. For attendees, which is a little bit different than the sponsor hall hours for sponsors. We always open an hour before we open to attendees. So that way you guys have time to set up things like, okay, I know I want to do networking this day. I'll save that time. Or if I really want to go to the canvas section this day, you can start to block out time because we do recommend eventually, if you can, as best you can, you make a little schedule for everyone who's going to be a faster. This is honestly an easy way to do it. And if they know like what times they'll be in the booth, then they can kind of work around it to take advantage of everything else that's going on at the annual. So super easy to do that. The other thing I'll call out because I talked about it just a little bit, there's all these networking things here, which a lot of these will go over next week because the networking webinar, the week ever is to go over the app. And I know that's. There's just so much networking. There's a whole tab here of networking and. And then there's a new networking app we're releasing, which is also the new events app. I don't know. I have the new app and it's exciting and there's cool, like, AI matchmaking you can do. There's like, who do you want to meet? It's cool. But there is a lot of networking. So to that point, we're going to spend a lot of time next week to go over these networking things and how you guys can take advantage of it. But just a quick one here. If you've made it through 40 minutes of this webinar and then break. If there's some more questions, you can apply to host what we call a group brain date. These are our group, small group and kind of like bigger group workshops, if you will. If you don't know the brain aid is, it's fine. It's just the platform that we use to power this. But just think of it as a workshop. So there's different group sizes of workshop. There's like a five. There's a small group which is a host and four people. So a group of five. And then there's like the super super workshop, which are 30 to 50 people, etc. But if you want to now as a sponsor, you can submit to host a workshop of either size. So you can do this. Now drop this into the Zoom chat the other way I got here. Just so you guys know, if you're on faster dot com. Just come to networking. Go to this Networking Brain Date workshops. Easy to get there if you're watching this later and not in the live zoom. But that's the link you guys can submit. Now, there's no restrictions on, like, if sponsors can or can't submit these. I know a few of you have done so already, which is great. But yeah, you can apply to lead a workshop. You'll, you know, fill in this whole form. There's some details it needs for this. I would honestly check both if you're like I. And it doesn't mean you're going to be guaranteed to get both workshops as a host. But if the speakers team chooses this topic and speak or delete a workshop, they that gives them the flexibility to pick between the two sizes sometimes too. We'll see. Like if you pick a small, small group and it fills up, they will sometimes bump it up to the bigger workshop based on the demand. Right? So again, I would just pick these two by default so that they have more options versus, like, you're like, oh, no, I want to only do this if I could do it in front of like 30 to 50 people. That may pigeonhole you if they're like, that's a niche topic and it'd be better suited for a small group. So just pick both of these. When you submit, pick your broad category, not your booth header, but pick your workshop category if it's. And you'll see kind of like what we're looking for, right? Because these are the only categories listed. What it would be kind of like a rough description. If you have any YouTube clips, send them over and that's it. You don't have to submit slides yet if you are. If you slash your company slash nomination is chosen, the speakerc won't reach out to you. And they're doing that on a almost daily basis. So it usually only takes a couple days to get feedback if you do submit one of these. So highly recommend you guys can do that. Now if you're like, not sweating your booth graphics, something you can do now to get a jump start on all the other stuff. We just try not to overwhelm people with all of our TO dos. All right, David, anything. Any last things before we wrap?
Just booth graphics are due next week, so don't forget. And yeah, keep us in the loop on any questions. You know, if you know you can't meet the deadline, let us know so that we're not chasing you down. Um, and yeah, just focus on those booth graphics. That's. That's the big one.
Good reminder. All right, guys, if you have any specific questions, as always, you can reach out to any of us. If you do events at sam, it goes to all of us. You can also copy me or David on it. I'm just AI at sastring. David. David at sas. Drink. Fairly easy to guess our emails. Easy peasy, Easy peasy. If you guys have questions as you get into your booth graphics designs in the next couple of days, again, just reach out to us. We can help answer. Good luck in designing them. Thanks to everyone who's already submitted. And we will probably see you in email with our reminders for booth graphics, and then we'll see you again next Thursday where we can, you know, say, feel we turn them in and then go on to, I mean, more fun stuff.
More fun stuff.
Yeah. And I'm like, you know, you live in it for three days. Go. You got to make it fun.
You can't sleep there, though. You cannot sleep there. Or can you? I don't know.
I don't know. After hours.
All right, well, thanks, everyone.
Bye, guys. See you next Thursday.
