You've got an HR person and then recruiting. I'm a big fan if you know you're going to be hiring a lot of roles. I'm a big fan of bringing recruiting in house. It's fine to also use outside agencies especially for retained searches. But you know if you bring recruiting in house you get a dedicated resource who understands your culture. And if you know you're going to be you know you're at 40 employees on your way to a series B with 125, why not bring them in house so that you know they're building your company culture in the way that you want? One thing you'll notice here is that I've called the heads of a lot of these departments head of sales as opposed to VP of sales or chief revenue officer.
