Okay, so I'm going to go ahead and kick it off. As always, we are recording these and live streaming it to our YouTube channel. So it is live and there for you. Now the other thing I'll do, which I'll drop into the chat, is I'm going to share these slides that we're going to be going over today. We do use the same deck every week, so if you've got the link from last week or from a previous week, we do just update the same one to make it easier. So it's the same link, but I'll drop it into the chat now so that everybody's got the slides to follow along with. There's a lot of really great links in it as well this week, so just bear in mind and then. Yeah, so we've got a few things we want to get through. Just knowing with all the questions that have come in this week and kind of the upcoming deadlines. Now that it is officially August 1st, we are getting so close to Zester Annual having Ms. Trish join me here as a panelist. Let me co host so that she can help me with anything I might miss.
I had to rejoin. I was in as an attendee and then it wanted me to rejoin as a panelist. So I'm happy to be here.
Woohoo. Yeah. I was like, I think I got to switch your axis. But anyway, let's get into it. I'll start sharing my screen. I have it open twice. This one, Perfect. Okay, again I'm going to leave it on slideshare mode because we're going to bop to a few links. So I'm going to leave it like this. Hopefully that's plenty big for folks. And again, the link is in the chat if you want to follow along or if you want, if you see something you want to action on while we start chatting. So again, like I said, Happy August 1st everybody. It's officially only 40 days to go to Sasbury Annual, so lots to get through. I know folks are starting to, you know, book all their things and all their action items and a few of you have asked us, you know, what's the most important things to get caught up on. So we'll do an overview today of hopefully a little bit of everything. So this probably will be a little bit more of a lengthy webinar, but hopefully answers any questions. If there's a question you have, please drop it into either the chat or the Q A. Either one works. I'm sure we'll cover a lot, but if for some Reason we don't get to it, we can always follow up with you after as well. So to reach myself and Trish, you can email eventsastering.com it's handy because it goes to both of us. That is usually the best thing to do because one of us will action it. So that's the best thing to do there. And then if you haven't already, this is the address for the event center. This is not the shipping address though, so keep that in mind. But that is the venue address for, you know, once you're getting to the venue and if you're still looking, travel and all that stuff. So coming into our timeline, I know many of you have seen this. We updated a few of the timelines just based on feedback from you guys. So today, August 1st, I'll talk about where you can start to upload your lead scanner license admin. So that's exciting news because it's starting today. That's an update there. We'll talk about booth artwork and the late fees. The customer passes deadline. We did push out a week because a lot of you were like, this is the same deadline as the booth. So we moved out a week to August 23rd. So you have a little bit more time and then you have until technically the second to register your staff. The sooner the better because once you do, you'll start to get the emails that we send to all attendees, which we typically send a bunch of those in August. So good to sign up now or at least sign up one person and then you can forward it on after that. So, all right, coming into, you know, if you just woke up and this is what you need to be doing or paying attention to. This is basically your checklist for right now of what you should be paying attention to and tune into as a Saster annual sponsor this year, as Trish might have emailed you already. If you've not filled in all your tasks in the sponsor portals, if you go into here in the task list, you might see a few things that are red, for instance. So I will say this is not persistent per company. So like if Trish submits for Saster, I'll still see the same deliverable. So always good to check if at least one person on your team has done it. That's why she's sending emails as well. If we haven't gotten some, you know, these assets from at least one person on your team. This is also where now if you scroll all the way to the bottom, you'll see you can now nominate your lead scanner Admin. So we just need one email address of who will be your lead scanner admin. We'll talk about what that means. Basically, you just want to nominate one person that can moun manage the back end. Now, it doesn't mean that they're the only person on the lead scanner. It's just that's going to be your admin person. They're going to set up all the back end stuff. Typically somebody on your marketing or events team should be that person. So that's in there for you now. So, yeah, complete any tasks that you have. Outstanding booth graphics are coming up to the deadline now. So I know we announced this in like early July and now it's August, so some time has passed, but these are Indeed due Friday, August 16th at noon Pacific time. We'll chat about that a little bit more boost selection is in progress. I do want to open this up and just give a quick update here. I know a few folks are like, oh, when you guys going to start the gold? We actually have started the gold already, so just zoom out because it's a big map. So as you can see, we have already started both super gold and gold placement. It is an order of contract, signature, dates and by time because sometimes some of these line on the same date. So it is literally in order. And then we do it in waves. So depending on your level, sometimes, you know, for the diamonds and platinums, it's one at a time. For supers, we do a few at a time. So some of you just got an email yesterday to now choose your booth because you're in this wave. I believe we have two more waves left, so a little bit more to get through. The folks that got their emails yesterday, we'll pick by Friday and then by Friday afternoon this map will once again be updated. And then on Monday we'll start again. We, you know, I think it's a little bit easier for folks to pick on a Monday than a Friday of their booth. So yeah, all that to say that this is in progress. So this will give you a good sense now if you haven't looked at it lately, of like where folks are picking their booth. And I think for the fifth year in a row I am wrong as to where people pick their booth. So yeah, I cannot make an informed guess. I, you know, there are more end caps this year, so I do think that helps, especially for the super Golds and for some of these, you know, gold aisles, I think that's kind of natural that folks kind of want to pick and we call Them end cap. So basically the one that at the end of the aisle, if you will supers again they kind of ring the cantina. But yeah, I think for me it was maybe a little bit more surprising to see so many people pick near the AI stage across both Super Golds and Golds. As you can see. Like this section is probably going to be all full soon. So yeah, very interesting to see that again. I always say there's no bad boost disaster. I would say that is especially true this year. If you plot me into any booth and challenge me to get some leads, I think I could do it because again you're by so many things in this expo hall. It's going to be vibrant, it's going to be loud, but again you're going to have constant foot traffic. So it is something we'll touch on in a little bit to keep in mind of how you rotate folks because it is going to be, you know, these are quite long days for just a single person to do and you do want to take advantage of the rest of SaaS re annual. So enough on that. But I'll also touch just. I'll flip over to the campus map. So for folks that are like, oh, I don't kind of, you know, I don't, I don't know what this means. Like should I pick near the AI stage? Should I pick like over here? What is over here? That's when you flip to the campus map and you can see what's going on around the entire property. I'll give a quick spiel on this. It's obviously not to scale. It's a 40 acre campus. So you know, some things appear bigger than they are and some things appear smaller than they are. So yeah, it's not to scale. Not really. So it is huge. Huge. It's a huge campus. The hangars are enormous. I think hangar west is like a football field is what they said. But anyways it's. So anyways it's huge. So like imagine if you went to Sofi or something for like a concert. Like it's, it's ginormous, right? So yeah, it's big. We use them together in tandem and so this will give you a good sense of what else is going on. Again, I do recommend you have folks that have time to experience the rest of staff's re annual. I do think that's super important. Just so you can go to content and networking and sessions and you know, meet people in the midway. I have, we've had some other sponsors ask like what's a good place to meet people. You can use this map to like pick a cloud. Be like, all right, I'm going to meet you at cloud 18. That'll be my mile marker. Yeah, a lot of people do like to take meetings outside. It's, you know, we do put a lot of shade outside, so it's fairly shaded. Some people like to be in the sun because it's typically not as hot in September. But yeah, lots of great places to meet around the campus. So activation. So I know a lot of questions and pick up around this. Activations do have a bit of a deadline for those who may not know. It is the same date as the booth, but that's because the permits have to be turned into San Mateo County. Not to say that you again, can't do one after we've had folks ask, like, what happens if I turn in my booth late? Which I'll cover. Like, you still can get a permit. It's just like as saster, we need to submit the bulk of all permits, including yours, our venues, like on this date. And late ones, technically they can ding with like a late fee. So we try to get them in on time just so they have everything they need because it is quite a large event and there's a lot of you doing activations. So just keep that in mind. You know, there's a little bit of timeline to get those activations picked and turned around. Yeah. Preparing your swag, your giveaways, your booth loops. We'll talk about shipping briefly. Again, we're going to try and hit high level a lot of different things today just to give everyone as much prep as we can. We'll talk about the shipping elements. This is one thing I always remind folks now that it's August. Right. Like some things have a hard deadlock from your vendor. So this might be your shirt guy, you know, sticker mule, whatever it is, Vista print that you're using to do swag, or if you've got more like high level, like custom swag. Right. Like some of these items either might be sold out or hard to source or they take a longer time because it's engraved. So things like that. Again, just as a reminder, if you haven't done it yet, doesn't mean you're out of time. Right. You know, I'm a big fan of Rushworth tees, for instance. So if you still need to get T shirts, then that's a good one. You know, it is a little bit more expensive, but you still can most things. If you pay a Rush fee, you can still get them in time. So if you want to try and avoid those rush fees and just ship things out, then, you know, again, probably something to think about this week before it starts to get too, too late registering your team. We talked about booking your travel. I know you know, a lot of the hotels. I'm still here. I literally just saw a tweet this morning about someone else was booking their hotels, and they're like, wow. I think it's going to get crazy because literally I looked at so many hotels and a lot of them are already full. So if you haven't done that yet, good thing to try and do now because it is starting to get full. The other thing I'll say about that is, like, there are hotels in San Mateo, right? So, like, pretty much you say anywhere in San Mateo, you're like, you know, 10 minutes max away from the event center, easy to get. Some people are a different school of thought. They like to stay in the city and come in because it's a little bit closer to the airport. Other folks like to stay, you know, further south in the peninsula, especially if you've got any investor meetings down in, like, Palo Alto and stuff. So, again, it doesn't mean you have to stay in that immediate radius. So keep that in mind. Some folks do commute, and you can, like, you know, park at the venue and stuff and carpool, if that works for your team. So, again, folks have done this in many different ways. All right, we'll talk about kind of customer passes, but that's your next to do lead retrieval. We just kind of chatted about brain dates. I know this has been a big question of, like, how do we do networking? How do we do brain dates? We're going to do a dedicated webinar. So we do these every Thursday. So not next Thursday, but the Thursday after. We're going to dedicate that entire webinar, two brain dates. Maybe we'll talk two seconds about boots being due because they're due the next day. But we're going to dedicate that entire webinar just to brain dates. And that'll be a full webinar. Again, full webinar just on brain dates, networking, how to do it, what to do, tips and tricks. So we'll. We'll cover that. We obviously do record these. If you can't make it, you know, you can watch the playback. But that will be a full, deep dive into brain dates. It is a fair amount to cover, and I feel like we do typically just do it on One of these webinars, it's like a piece of it, but I think it's worth doing a full one this time. So we'll do a dedicated one in two weeks. So just nothing to do yet. Just, you know, mark that date off so that you have it safe to attend. Okay, we assembled some quick links here for you guys. Again, the link to this deck is in the chat. If you joined late, these sponsor quick links hopefully are helpful. A lot of these are in Trisha's email, but we just recompiled them here into a nice handy list for you guys. There's a couple I want to point out, so if you haven't opened them yet. So the Freeman portal is a super good one. Again, anything on, like, shipping, boots, carpet, extra furniture, that's all in here. So you can see there's a lot of different sections. I'm just going to pick shipping as an example. You know, there's this fun FAQ on shipping versus material handling, which are two different things. You know, shipping is getting it there. Material handling is what happens after it gets there. There's a really handy section in here about court fees that we'll go over later. But anyways, there's a lot in this portal, so if you haven't seen it yet, it is massively recommended, you know, to play around, kind of know what's in each of these areas. And there's a lot in here. So again, like, there's suggestions down here, too, if you keep scrolling down. So, like, stuff you might miss, you know, extra tables, extra chairs, flooring. So I think a question we've gotten is like, that's the setup of the sponsor hall, so it is concrete, but we do carpet the whole thing. So you will have carpet by default. It's tuxedo carpet, so it's black and gray. If you don't want that, you can order extra carpet for Freeman. They will literally lay it on top of our carpet. So it's one of those things too where it kind of ends up being double padded, which I know some people like to get the padding. In this case, I would say you might as well just get, you know, a different color that matches your booth or something because it will basically be padded since we were already carpeting. So that's just a good kind of thing to know there. But yeah, there's a lot of really great stuff in here to go through. So again, highly recommend that it's got all the shipping labels and all that stuff too. So that's in there for you. Guys as well. Another thing I would say I've seen people kind of miss are the booth slicks. So I'm going to click this link. This is in the Freeman portal by level. It's also in the. In our sorry, Saster sponsor portal by all. So this has all levels. It's an order from, you know, gold to diamond. And I'll just. I'll just. I'll go over this for a second because I think a few folks have been asking, for instance, like, on a gold, like, where is that tv? Like, my designers have this, and I don't know what that means. So if you keep scrolling to the next page, this is what to give your designers as well. So basically give them this whole thing. Plus, if you want, you can give them the at a glance specs that we created that are more 3D so that they can get, like, a sense of the space. But this is basically what they need, right? So you can lay this into Illustrator and say, okay, this is this much wide. You know, this much deep down. And then you know your monitor is centered in the middle. So that's how you figure out where the monitor goes. This is the cabinet that sits in front. So I'll just scroll back up. That equals this, right? This is there. You can see it on this page, right? This is there is like a shadow. It doesn't mean you know it. As you can see, it's not right in front. Like, it's not against the wall like this cabinet is. But it's just. They do that so that you can see on a flat level that it is going to block whatever graphic you put there, right? So most people do something minimal or like, just continue their design because they know it's probably going to be blocked by the line of sight to this cabinet. Because we do put these literally where you see them. So, like, when you come too faster, you'll notice, like, all the gold, like, cabinets, like, these are not centered, right? These are off to the right a little bit. So keep that in mind. So, yeah, that's a. That's a good thing to see there. We've had some other people ask, like, what size TV is this? That's on here, right? So if you come to these specs and slicks, as we call them, you'll see the size of the monitor on there. A few folks have asked, like, do I absolutely need a tv? You do not. You can skip it. In which case you don't need to know where the TV is. Just design that whole wall. You just need to Know where this cabinet is? Yeah, that makes it easy. Do tell us if you can. If not, you know, we actually do review all the booth proofs before they go to print and before you get your proof and we'll try and catch with you if you were like, hey, there's no tv. Did you mean for that or did you know, did you want to put a cutout for a TV? So anyways that's on TVs. Because I know a few folks have asked like what's the monitor size? The other I'll call out is like this does call out the power. So a few folks have asked like, oh, I don't know what power is in my booth. I will say it is on the at a glance slides as well. It's. We literally copy pasted what this says, but it's here too. So if this is now what you're looking at, that's fine. This has what the power is and it's different. It's slightly different for each level just based on like where they drop it. Right. So for a gold, for instance, I'll go through this like it's in inside the. And I understand you might, I appreciate you might not know like which one's the cabinet and which one's the counter. In this case it's a little bit easier to suss out. There's basically a power drop in each of these, right. So there's one in what they call the cabinet, which is this guy. So this is a cabinet. You can use it to store a few things. It doesn't hold much, but it does hold some stuff. And then there is the. This is what we call the welcome counter. So this is the one that has your graphic again. It does store a little bit amount of stuff. I wouldn't keep anything crazy valuable in there. It does store a little bit amount of stuff. And that's where they hide your power. Each of these has what they call like a mouse hole. You can kind of see it there. That basically means, you know, they're going to run the cables. You can run some cables through the top if you need or like, you know, drop your power through it for like your MacBook or PC whatever. If you're like, I'm going to be here all day so it's going to need to be plugged in. I will just say as a rough rule of thought. And Trish, you can add anything else to here too. Like I always bring portable batteries still, like whether I'm an exhibitor me running around faster, I literally just Attach, you know, the portable battery to my phone. Like, I still think it's a good idea because you might have, you know, different people in your booth or your laptop might need power more than your phone does or than your phone dies or, you know, you're using your phone to lead scan. And so that eats a little bit of the battery. Yeah, I always like to still bring portable batteries too. They're super handy, especially for any of. I know some of our sponsors are international travelers. So all of these plugs, I will say are US plugs. Right. So if you are one of our international sponsors that's coming, you know, bring some adapters. I do think we have some pandy, but bring some adapters and then, yeah, I would, I would definitely bring portable batteries. Trish, anything else on, you know, maybe a hack or tip and trick for power Question that we did get a.
Lot this week is, I know that I have a power drop, but do I have a power strip or should I be bringing one? And then the other question was, do I need to bring any type of adapter to plug into the monitor? And so I think it's worth calling out that it's an HDMI connection. Right. So if you need to bring an adapter for a Mac, for example, you're going to want to make sure that you bring that. As far as power, I think those are the main questions we got this week.
Okay. Yeah, those are two great call outs. So, yeah, the, the TV is an hdmi. So while we're on the topic, it is an hdmi. It goes through that mouse. So I just talked about. Right. So there's one in each cabinet. There's one here so you can plug in your laptop. Some people just hide their laptop in the cabinet. Again, if you. I would test this just on any monitor. Right. Like if you're like, okay, I'm going to be the person who is in charge of the booth loop. I'm going to test just, you know, hooking up to a monitor, like closing my lid. Right. There's a certain setting on Apple you need to do if you're on a Mac. It's a little bit different on a PC. Right. Because you don't need an adapter. It's different settings. But I would just test it and play around with it. You can also test it from early booth load in. Right. And we'll have our AV guys around to help you troubleshoot. But always good to test it out and make sure it's all working the way you want it to. Yeah. And Then on power drops. So it is a power strip in each of these, right? So each of these is a four way. Just keep in mind like one of those is going to be used on the back one for your monitor. So that's one out of four gone. Other things are bigger blocks, right? So if you like, if you look at your MacBook adapter, not to be a Mac person, but we're Mac people, you know, it's a big block. That guy, like, even if you stick it on the end like that guy still takes up a lot of room. So like you may not be able to plug in. You know, you can probably only plug in one MacBook per thing. I don't think you can probably even get too into a strip because those things are chunky. Unless you use like one of those little small USB C ones, which you can. It just takes longer to charge your Mac, right? That might be something to think about too, is like, do I maybe just get a smaller charger? Which if I'm going to be plugged in all day is fine. So I'm not taking up all of the four way. Or you can also just order extra power. So the other thing to note is like I've dropped into the quick links where you can order extra power. This is Edlin, who is the power company at the event center. You'll need to log in. I think I did this this morning. So I'll just show you guys the process. Yes, okay, perfect. So yeah, you can see I started an order just to make sure it works. But you can start a new order here. That'll be your screen by default. And then you just search for Saster in these, right? These are all their events that they're doing. So here's Saster annual. And then, you know, if you've got any third parties working with you, just make sure you consolidate into one order. So they say no. And then if you don't have your booth number yet, you can leave that blank. Pretty much everyone's going to be an inline booth. So I'll just call that out. Unless you're one of our diamond sponsors. But everybody else is what they consider an inline booth. So you'll pick that selection. This one you can just say not listed. It's fine. They know our booth sizes so you don't need to worry about that. And then, yeah, here's where you can pick extra like power. Right? So in a power package that means everything. So that, that's like labor. You can add a power strip to this. It just depends on how much you need. Right. So again, you can also email them if you're like, I need to power these things. I'm not sure what I need. Some of our food activations for instance, need like 30amp power. So the versus 20 or you know, these are more of the like wash machine cables. So just check if you're powering something that you know, if it's something that's not just a normal 110, you're for 120, then you're going to need to order the separate kind of specialty power for it. So just keep that in mind.
I think it's worth noting too that some of you are doing activations. There will be additional power requirements for certain activations which are called out slides when you select the activations and we'll be helping you track that. So you may need extra power if you are doing some of those activations that require it.
Yeah, I always recommend like if your activation needs power. Well, one, some of them need extra power because again, it's like specialty power. It's not just a 110 that they can plug into. Two, it's like, you know, if you're a vendor, let's say you're a super goal is sneaking up like that table that's in a super gold. You kind of can't really get to that table while they're there. Right. So that kind of knocks out some of your power. Definitely worth ordering additional power for either that welcome counter or even just like the other side of your boot so that you still got power while they're doing your activation. Other quick links that are on here that we'll go through briefly. The AV order form. A few folks have asked like, how do I order additional AV or like iPads. That's in here too. So if you come to the resources, you can download the AV form again. You'll see there's like tabletop ones if you want to do like some people for instance, will do a 24 on that welcome counter that you guys just saw. So and I. You can. Some people do. You don't have to. I recommend staying away from wall mounted because that means changing your booth, which is a little bit more of a complicated process. You can also write in here like I want a 55 on a stand, for instance. And they'll work it out with you. Right. Because this here's the stands, right. So you'll just. You, you could just say I want a 55 on a stand. And this will tell you, you know, like which ones fit which obviously a 55 is a little bit beefier. It's heavier. So it needs a dual post versus a single things like a shelf. So this is like if you want a laptop shelf on that stand and you want yours on a stand. So it's freestanding. If you need extra computers, they're here. Or iPads. The thing I'll call out is I know a few folks have asked, like when it comes eventually to scanning, you know the default is to use your own device because it's an app. So it works on iPhone or Android. If you can't do it because of company policies, like, what can we do when you can rent iPads? Like, the app does work on iPads, so you can rent iPads here if that's what you want to do. From ETS, their deadline is the 16th. So again, everyone has the same deadline for a reason. So same deadline there. But again, there's a little bit of a grace period on this. So just make sure you think about that now. Upcoming Internet. So we've gotten this question a bunch. There is an Internet order form that's been in Tricia's emails. I'm loading it up real quick. Yeah, Internet does have more of a tighter deadline. So this one is next Friday. We'll do another remark reminder on this. And then some folks have asked, like, is there Internet? Like, what's the standard for Internet in the, in the Expo? Right. So there is campus wide WI Fi. Okay. So like it's, it's indoor, it's outdoor. Like you join Saster. I haven't named it yet, but you join Saster and that's the WI Fi. There's typically a dedicated, like network name for sponsors with like a password that we'll give you guys so that you're, you're not on the normal attendee WI Fi. So that's a little bit beefier. And then there are hard lines included with most levels. So Super Gold, Platinum, Platinum plus and diamond all have at least one hard line. If you're gold, we do not hardline it by default so that it would be something you would want to order. All hardline drops are the same, so it's just one. It's 20 megabytes. It's 650 per drop. Again, if you have a MacBook, you're going to need that adapter from the Apple Store to plug in to the Ethernet. It's the. If you're not sure which one it is, it's literally just the Ethernet adapter. You can Amazon one too. It's you know, it's like 40 bucks or something, but then you can plug in the Ethernet cable and then. Yeah, I. And then I think a few folks have asked like, do I need hardline Internet? So this is what my general rule of thumb is, is like I like to preload my laptop when I've been a sponsor of Saster, which is many moons ago and Trish too. But like, I would always just preload whatever my content was going to be for the tv. Any like, demos that I could preload, like if I had a demo video that I can maybe play or record a loom, you know, like before you get to the show, like do a screen recording. Like I would just pretend as if there was no WI fi. I mean there is WI Fi, but just if you pretend as if there's none, then literally like nothing will go wrong for you because you've already factored this into your game plan versus, like, if you get there, you kind of of scramble because you're like, oh shoot, I forgot to download like the boost loop video and it's going to take a little bit longer on like, you know, you're like at the airport and you're like, oh no, forgot to download that, like takes forever on that WI fi, right? So like, it's just a little bit slower when everyone's on at the same time. So unless you've got the hard line. So I definitely recommend just pretending as if there is no Internet and, you know, preloading as much as you can. That's usually the best thing to do. So that's the Internet power. We just went through shipping forms. We'll talk about these recordings we linked here. So, yeah, so we've gone through a bunch of these. Let me just hit a few other things that are, I think, top of mind for us. So one, we just went over those slicks again. Highly recommend downloading that and giving that to your design team and reviewing it yourself. Right. To see what's included in the booth, those slicks. I'll just go back to it for a second. Do you also call out like, how much seating you have? I know some people have been like, oh, you guys have like no seats. I'm like, I prefer. Me and Trish prefer to stand at all times. It's more welcoming if you're standing. I know it's really, really long days and hours, but like, if you're in the booth, you should be standing. And like, this is again why I'm a big believer of like rotating people and shifting so that like you know, if you're standing for a few hours and you're like, okay, I'm gonna go, you know, take a break, grab a bite, grab a coffee, go to the co working space, chill, sit down for a bit, relax, right? Like, then you. You don't have to be on. Like, if you're at the booth, you know, you're on, you're talking to people, you're asking people about, you know, what they're wearing or whatever, or their shirts or whatever funny things that they've brought to Samster, you know, to engage with them and talk to people irl. So, yeah, it's just one of those things where we. There are, you know, stools included. If you want to order more, you can obviously do so on the Freeman portal. The Super Gold has, you know, a little bit more because this has a. Basically this is meant to be like a demo station, but that's that call out. So again, these have a lot on them. I would read them and just see what's what. It'll also tell you how many, you know, like waste baskets and stuff you have and all that kind of jazz. So there's a lot to those. Definitely Good. When designing your booth, I'm just going to hit these real quick of what to keep in mind when you do start to design your booth or Azure in the process. They are turnkey, right? And you can, you know, a lot of folks are tying in their product. I would say as an always rule of thumb, my number one reminder when designing your booth is make sure it says what you do. Just going back to the slicks again. I'll go back to Gold. We've seen some people where they're like, you know, they've got this beautiful back wall and like a beautiful logo and their company name is literally nowhere. I would definitely try and put your company name somewhere, like maybe your logo and your name here in a tagline or both places. We don't need to design your booth for you, but I do think if you put yourself in attendee shoes, who's walking around Saster, it's always easier for them if they know who you are and maybe what you do just at a glance, right. That's typically a little bit easier for them to suss out what it is that you're doing to see if you would be of help to them. So that's one thing I always keep in mind when designing the booth. Keep in mind also that, you know, more than half assessor audiences, VP level and above. So I'll flip to the slide and a few here on how you should staff that booth and what that means. But again, it's just something where tying it into your product or saying what you do can be helpful for that reason. And then, yeah, I've also said, you know, I've said that already today, but, you know, kind of plan, start planning on what you want to be on those monitors. Some people do forego them and again, that's fine. If you're like, I don't want to think about a booth loop for three days. Like, I just want to have the graphic and then engage people and use our laptops. It's definitely two schools of thoughts there. You could do it either. I've seen it done successfully either way. We've talked about activations and all this stuff. Hand cards I'll get to in a little bit. So, yeah, those are all good reminders when designing your booth. I hit this already a little bit. But yeah, just as a reminder, the welcome cabinets, they do lock. Right. But I still wouldn't keep anything like super valuable in there overnight or even during the show. There's a lot of people on campus at all given times. And so if you're doing, I know a few folks have asked us about doing like a raffle or like a giveaway or they've got some more like high value, lower quantity flag items to give away. And then they've got more like high quantity, lower value swag items to give away. I would say again, if it, if you feel like it's a value because you're giving away, you know, like AirPods or beads or whatever it is or some sort of electronic, like, just keep that with you. Maybe again, it's just easier. There's just a lot of people. Right. So if something walks off, it would be hard for us to suss out where it walked off to. And so, yeah, it's just always trying to keep, you know, valuables to a minimum there. And then. Yeah, let's see, we've hit this. So let me just keep going. Yeah, where I put in, yeah, the activation. So the boot staff. And then I'll come back to activation. So I'll hit this and then I'll go. And then we'll talk about activations for a couple minutes. So in terms of boost staffing and scheduling, again, we're big believers in rotating your staff so that everybody can do different things. Right. Like there's sessions to, there is content to go to. That's what most people come to disaster for. There's a lot of Lounges, as you guys might have seen on that campus map. So, like, if you're bringing your, you know, CEO, then they want to go to the founders lounge or you guys want to go hang out in the speakeasy. Like, there's a bunch of different, like, micro things happening on site. There's also micro events on site that you'll start to see come out. Like, there's a CCO summit, there's a CMO meetup now. I think there's a CFO one happening now too. So, like, there's a lot of meetups. Again, you'll get the links for those in the attending newsletters when you sign up and you can forward them on. But some of you have already applied to some of these. Like, poker night for CROs, right? Like, there's a lot of micro events happening on campus too, that would be good to take advantage of. If your team is sending that person or wants to send that person, that's a good reason to do it. There's things like, oh, the big party. I did not drop my announcement slide in here. Oh, Amelia. Okay, so like, announcement for another day. I was like, technically I can say it starting today. And I forgot it was. I Forgot it was August 1st for.
A second that it's not in the slides.
I know. I was like, oh, what was I thinking? Anyways, I. I'll. I'll add a slide. I'll add a slide for the big part. The big party is like our on site concert. It's a fun time. Happy hours. You know, those are every day brain dates, which you chat about is networking. And there's like informal networking. Well, there's more formal networking like bwc that we do. Then there's informal networking. We do. We do things like who do you want to meet? We do things like, you know, kind of like industry lunches. We do things like. I mean, there's so many things happening this year. There's also just like walking around and like meeting people. I know sometimes it seems odd because we're all used to being on Zoom now, but, you know, if you go to lunch in the midway or like you pick a different lunch spot each day, like you'll meet different people by just literally eating in a different spot each day. So there's like multiple spaces in which you can eat and hang out. A lot of people do hang out during the conference. So again, just things to keep in mind is like, maybe explore different areas. You'll kind of meet different people throughout the show via networking. So, yeah, I would Say this is the time when it's funny. I will see a lot of people do like the LinkedIn QR codes, it's Aster. Like, oh yeah, you know, they're like, scam me, find me on LinkedIn. I do still see business cards getting handed out. It's aster. And what else have I seen? Yeah, I think, I think I've seen the LinkedIn one the most. Like, if you're new, just, you know, as a sponsor, you can scan them if you're talking to them. But for like attendee to attendee, they, they do the LinkedIn thing a lot. But yeah, that's also a reminder, like if you talk to somebody because you've got like a great brand date with them and like they want to follow up with you, you, your, your, your lead scanner does work outside of your booth. So, you know, as you're talking to people outside the booth, you can still get their info and stuff. So. With their permission, of course. But yeah, you can still scan them outside your booth. Okay, Booth examples I want to hit because I don't think we've talked about this a lot and I know it's a question we' a lot lately. Just as you guys are starting to register your teams, so I put an example here of like, you know, numbers one through six are kind of the most common titles we see in the booth. And then also some things to consider. So number one, yes, your CEO and founder, if you can swing it, you should have a member of your executive team, whether that's your CEO, your co founder, your founder, your vp, gm, whoever it is. Like, I do highly cfo, right? Cto. I do highly recommend having a member of your exec team in the booth. Again, more than half of our audience is VP level and above, and a lot of them are very technical. So usually helps to have someone who is high level in the booth, you know, not that they have to take every call and, or every, you know, every meeting and talk to every person that comes up to the booth. But usually it's good to have them on site and handy so that if you do get those more technical questions or you're like, you know, you want to show off to your prospect, they're like your CEOs there and they can talk to the CEO. Um, that does help typically accelerate deals as well. So that's something we've seen. Definitely can't recommend this enough to have a member of your exact team in the booth at least some of the time. Right. All right, number two, I would Say, the most common thing we see is the either VP of sales or co founder. Again, just depending on your company size. And then, you know, somebody who is going to, if this is your VP of sales, really be the one who's kind of coordinating what the game plan for the day is. I've also seen folks who, you know, have their VP of sales do trainings with, like, the marketing team, the events team, like, pre events, so that if somebody comes up to the booth, every single person knows the pitch. It's not just like, okay, if you know, somebody comes up to. Let's just say we had a Sasser booth. And like, somebody comes to the booth and like, Trish didn't know the pitch, and then she'd have to, like, go find David or Mona. She'd be like, no, I know the pitch. Right. And then, oh, David's done talking to somebody else. And now I can, like, you know, slide that conversation over. I've seen that happen a lot. Right. So I do. This is something I've done since what year did I sponsor Sasser? 2016. Oh, so. Well, no, 2016. 2016. A while ago. And Trish can chime in on this too, because she's also been a Sasser, a sponsor of Sasser before we both got here. Yeah. I always make sure every single person literally knows the pitch. And if they don't know the. I would literally quiz people. Like, this is how crazy I am. I used to quiz people and people like, so give me the pitch. And if it was like, you know, somebody I knew was, like, a little bit more shy on the marketing team and, like, they didn't have it quite as down one. It's good for them to practice on you. Right. Because then they might get an actual person. I do think it's good for them to practice too, if they're so shaky. Like, I remember one time I had somebody who was like, so, so shaky. I was like, how about we have you go do something else? Like, you know, I'll reassign you to, like, brain dates, and I'm going to swap you for somebody else's. Maybe a little bit more solid on their pitch. Like, it happens. Right. Like, sometimes you get in front of, like, the crowd of people you do it's after, and you're like, I forgot all the words I was supposed to say. So again, I'm a big believer in everybody knowing the pitch. Trish, anything to add to that?
No, I think you really covered it. And, you know, it's definitely something if you feel like you have someone who's really shaky on your team. Probably good to work with them before you even get on site. Yeah, that would be a great time. Even just like, you know, bag lunch Friday. Pitch content. Good to get people feeling comfortable enough to speed now.
Yeah, I do know some sponsors too who do like pitch competitions with their sales team to see who's going to go to SAS Fair because maybe they've got like a gold booth and like not their entire team can come. So, yeah, I've seen different things there. But highly recommend. Literally every single person in your booth knows a product and can do at least, you know, a few minutes of a pitch so that if somebody like there's a busy time because you've got activation and you know your sales team is busy and you literally have to be the person to talk to this person that you know, you know enough of the, of the guidelines and boundaries until you know somebody is either more senior or technical is free and then you can get them to that person. Right. So highly recommend. Everybody knows the pitch.
Okay, again, so it's almost like in football, like building out your little strategy on a play. Have the playbook for your booth, like who's the person that greets and does this and then when they start getting into an in depth conversation, hand them off for the demo and then keep cycling people through. So there's a lot that can be done just around building your strategy of how to keep people running through and longer conversations. Move to a different part of the booth or off to the midway area where you can sit and have a lengthy conversation.
Yep, totally agree on that. I think having a playbook and kind of a, yeah, a football style approach to it is, or sports style is a great call out there. Other popular, like just titles and folks we've seen in a booth before is obviously the SDR manager. Right? Because if you can't swing your VP of sales, you might just send your SDR manager and the SDRs to come work at the booth. Obviously, they're salespeople, they know the pitch. Right. Again, that's one of those things where I would train your SDRs, especially if they're a little bit newer on how to talk to executives. I know that sounds crazy. Maybe we'll have Mona come do a training on one of these webinars right before Sasper. But you know, it's not, not in our case. It's a little bit different. It's astronaut because the people we are pitching are typically executives when we talk about the events. But your ICP might not be and you might just get, you know, more technical or again, more senior folks that you're meeting in person at the show. Always good to have them have a talk track for this, right? Like make them comfortable again, have them pitch like your own CEO or, or a partner that you guys, you know, are working with. It's just a, again, really great example of, of how to get folks up to speed, kind of pre event. I call this next one out too. Like if you have a senior account manager salesperson, like if you have an international offering, I would bring both a North America and an international person. If you can, or at least have somebody in your booth who can speak to international offerings. Like, if you don't have it, then that's the answer, right? But I would still like have somebody on your sales team speak to somebody on your national team on, you know, like, what are kind of the different nuances? I should just know at a glance or if you can't swing that person coming, right? Because again, while most of our attendance and audience, more than half that comes to Stafford is VP level and more than half is, you know, from the US There is still a fairly big international contingent that comes to Saster. And I know some of you are like, great, because I've got, you know, I can support London, I can support Asia. Like we're good in all these places. Would still make sure, you know, you're up to speed on like, what maybe if there are nuances on like, you know, pricing, onboarding, all that kind of stuff for international versus domestic. Because you will get some international people that inevitably come up to you at the booth. So good call there. Obviously your event marketing manager or somebody who can be like, you know, your booth lead for all the logistics. Still great idea to have this person again, know the pitch and know, you know, maybe everything. You're probably on this webinar, but just, you know, know everything in general about Sasser. So that if your broader team has questions on like, like, I'm not sure where to go get lunch or like take a break or like, what is, you know, what should my duties be again? That's why it's good to have, you know, a rough schedule for them and think about that. And then the last thing, the last most common one, which I, I hope will rise this year, is your customer success lead. Again, we do customer passes. I know a lot of you are like, we have, we see a lot of customers at Zaster. But then it's funny because like Trish and I will do These follow up calls and you're like, yeah, we saw a lot of customers, but we didn't count that. And like we saw them and they didn't churn. So that does count for something. It counts to your CS team lead. So yes, I see this as the number six position. I really hope it becomes like number two, quite honestly. But I would say, you know, especially in 2024, CS is probably as important, if not more important than sales maybe. And so we're equally important, you know, again, not like less important than, you know, new existing customers should be, you know, as is not equally important as new customers. And so again, between customer passes and the folks that are already coming to Saster and a lot of the feedback every year is like, oh yeah, I actually saw a lot of customers. So yeah, use those customer passes to get those folks on site, do those customer meetings. Because think about if you can meet them all in three days, it's after that will save you a lot of flights back to San Francisco. So that's just one thing to keep in mind there. Again, whether, whether you count it or not, it does count for something. Right? So other things to consider. As I mentioned, we do have other like mic events and stuff. So, you know, your cto, your cfo, your VP marketing, product folks, anyone, you're kind of training up that maybe you maybe want to stick out in the field for field training. Also a good idea. Last thing I'll hit on this and then we'll chat activations briefly is the I always like to use this photo and tweet thread of Goddard in the GT booth. I think he's come at least for a few minutes every year. So this is what I say, this is what I mean when I say like, literally you should have your seat on the booth. Like this man will come do booth duty. Bad props to him and the D2 team. If you're watching this or if you watch the playback, I was like, I have seen this dude every year. So that's, you know, I. And, and people love it. Like they see him in the booth and they're like, oh, is that him? I'm like, yeah, he's, he's here. So yeah, it's cool. It's, it's, you know, I, again, I think it's great to bring your exec team out. You know, customers like to pose with them for photo ops prospects like to meet them again if they can swing it in their schedule. It's a win, win. Then, you know, your team looks good in front of the CEO like, look at all the stuff we set up for Zester. So many wins, so always a good idea. And then the other thing, I've also, again, we've talked about trading and stuff. The other question we've gotten actually, and I know we'll start to get a lot more lately it was like, what should we wear? I will say the official dress code for Saster is and always has been business casual. And some people err more on like, you know, more casual. So like SAP did like matching shirts. Some people err more on business casual. Like, I think these are clickups. Blazers that literally say click up on the blazers. The owners did like these shiny jackets with their shirts that match. So some people do like to do matching outfits. I don't think it's a bad idea, actually, because then when you're out on campus like doing other things and people are like, oh, yeah, I saw those people. Like, they're the shiny people or they're the, you know, matching shirt people or they're the highlighter people. Or one year, I think we did like all matching shoes for boot duty and they're like, oh, you guys are like the cool like baby blue Nikes. And I was like, yep, they're hurting my feet, but that's us. So, yeah, it doesn't, you know, for apparel you can be, I mean, wear what, but do be comfortable. Right. I think the more. And you tied into your booth or like brand colors or whatever and you stand out, it is something that is noticeable because, you know, people will see you out and about and they're like, oh, yeah, we saw. Or. Or oh, I've seen your TE team wearing, you know, the shiny blazers. Like, what is it that you guys actually do? It's just a conversation starter, right? So it's just something where if you can't be creative about it, it is a conversation starter with attendees. Also be comfortable. Right. As a reminder, it is indoor, outdoor. Like I said, It's 40 acres. So you're going to get your steps in. You'll see. You know, SAP is sensibly all in sneaks. I'm a. I'm a big fan of the sneak game. Even me. So I'm like, you will not see me not in sneaks. And semester with all the walking, we have to. So yeah, I'm a big fan of the sneak game. You can tell me your favorite shoes later. But yeah, I'm a big fan of the sneak game. I think it's fun. Trish, what else you got?
We did have a sponsor Asked just this morning, can one of my booth staff with their booth badge come dressed as a mascot wearing a costume?
So, yeah, we actually. It's somewhere in here. I actually put it in here. Oh, it's in the Activation section. Okay. Because it's like, hold on, I'm going to Activation. It's a good segue. I'm so glad you asked me. Also. Is it cake? I had a lot of fun making these slides last night because we're getting close to show. So it is actually. It's stressful but exciting. You know, I'm going to go back to that one. But something like this, literally, I was writing in about mascots. So if you do have a costume mascot and you want. You want somebody on your team or you're going to hire somebody to. I'm like, we have a mascot, too. You guys have probably seen him or her. They're, you know, it's Hexi. They're a. They, them. Hexi is. I. You know, I. I have put our newbies in it. So everybody at Zoster has been. I've been on Hexi. Jason's on it. Like, everyone's been in the Hexi costume. Trish has to go into it now because it's her first official. Yeah, like, it's your first official annual as part of the team and not just a sponsor. Yeah, but Hex is really fun and, like. But it's only fun for a couple hours. So, like, I do higher temps to have path to be the mascot. Just something to consider if you are considering a mascot. There are these agencies that do literally like, mascot, mascot people. So. Yeah. But yes, you can bring your mascot. I think it's a good idea. G2 has brought their mascot. I forget his name. I'm so sorry. Their mascot, he looks like an anteater guy. And then I've had, you know, Matio last year brought their, like, astronaut mascot and it was somebody from their team, which was funny because I'm. He had his helmet off during part of the show and, like, was talking to people about, like, pricing, and I was like, all right, cool. So, yeah, mascots are allowed. We do have a sponsor intake form, which I'm just going to pull up. Even if it's just a mascot, you should fill in this form. So if it's F and B, you have to fill up this form. But as you've probably seen, we're. We're starting to have everyone just fill out this form. If you're bringing something special, like a mascot, a game, something that you own. That's like a prop. Again, it's just good for us to have stock of all these things so that if it shows up and, like, your labels got torn off and. And it's not, you know, it's not clear that your mascot is specifically for your company. If we already know about it, we'll be like, oh, the aardvark is for these guys. Send it to the app booth. Like, again, super good. Just to inform us about it. Sometimes, yeah, labels can come off or whatever. Sometimes it's. You know, if it's not specifically, like, my. I mean, Hexi doesn't really have a saucer logo to him. Like, he's a hexagon. I mean, he kind of has the rocket. But you might be like, who's this? This? Like, to be fair, it doesn't say saucer on him. It only does on the back. But, like, anyways, one of those things where, like, if something were to get misplaced or something happens in transit, always good if we know about it. Also, for, like, oh, there's a mascot, but we're not sure whose that is. We are definitely going to go ask you. Like, we have this happen last year, too. We're like, we knew about the astronaut for good example. Like, we knew about Max Astronaut. We're like, yeah, cool, bring astronaut. And then I didn't know about this other, like, ladybug mascot that somebody had. I can't remember their name. Sorry. And I was like, hi, who are you? I literally, like, we had to be like, hi, who are you? Like, what sponsor are you with? We're like, oh, okay, cool. Like, so, yes, you can wear your mascot. Good. If we know about it. So we're not like, who's in that cost costume, Right? Otherwise, we're gonna be like, literally, you know, knocking on their little face like, hi, who are you? For security reasons, just get. If we know about your costume mascots, we're not. Like, we must go ask them. Because I will tell you something that maybe sounds crazy but is 100% true. Speaking of rubber ducks, literally, I had people show up Disaster Annual last year with rubber duck costumes that were just attendees. And we're like, you cannot come in a costume as an attendee. So as crazy as you're like, why do I have to tell? Because attendees cannot come as mascots. That's like guerrilla marketing sponsors, you are more than welcome to. So please tell us about it. So not. We don't go up to your rubber ducks if that's what you're doing. And we're like, hi, who are you? So again, always good to tell us about it. And then, yeah, back to this fun slide on. Is it cake? Which I really used to say, is it an activation? So again, things like a mascot are still kind of considered an activation. You don't need a permit for it though, Right? So I'll go through that real quick because I know we're running out of time, but like, really quick on it because this is literally the number one question of the week. Is it an activation? Like, this is the number one question we've gotten all week. And my joke is like, if it's cake, it's an activation. But like, jokes aside, like, if it's food related, it is an activation. Like, it doesn't matter if it's prepackaged, it doesn't matter if you're getting it from us or if you sourced your own vendor. Anything food related needs a permit and is an activation. So that is where you're going to want to fill out that sponsor intake form so we can help you get a permit. You know, I saw a few folks last year who didn't think it was an activation because they just sourced their own vendor, didn't get a permit, and then got fined. So again, don't let that be you. This is a huge event, especially in San Mateo County. Like, the inspectors are always around, so be safe and not sorry. And again, fill out the forms. And if at all, you're like, this is so confusing. I don't know if it's an activation. Even after this explanation. Just ask us. Right? So just email events, ask Rank. We can help you suss out. Again, like, maybe your activation doesn't need as much because it's just a mascot. Cool. Again, just good for us to know if you're bringing a mascot. So we're not like, hey, go stop that rubber duck, man. We're like, oh, those are the, those are the, you know, whatever sponsor people. And we're like, okay, cool. We'll just, you know, check that it's them and then let you be again. Good. That's a good rule of thumb. Even if it's not food, if you're like, okay, we're being a game, a cartoon artist, a mascot, a magician or something similar. Good to fill out this intake form. Because Entertainment, while it doesn't need a food permit. Right. Again, there are different levels of what you need based on what the activation is. If it's not food, it may not need a food permit, but it still might need like insurance or Coi, like a mascot doesn't need that. But I always still think as a sponsor, it's good to have. Sometimes it is required, depending on how big it is. Right. So. So again, go to fill out this intake form and then we'll. We'll come back to you on, like, what you need to do. It might be nothing. It might. We might be like, cool. You fill this out, you're bringing your mascot. You are good to go. Right. Just make sure you get them a ticket. I've had other folks ask, like, what if it's balloons? Can I fly a drone for, like, footage and. Or do a drone drop? What if it has to do with like, glitter or confetti? Those items are strictly prohibited at the event center where San Mateo county is just as a fun fact is, in the airspace of sfo. So drones are not allowed. That's the answer on drones. I very lightly filled out so many permits last year so that I could drone and it was hard. So, yeah, don't drone. I also got an exemption because we were the organizer. But anyways, don't drone. It's actually kind of a nightmare too. Yeah. And all those other things are prohibited. Good. And then yeah, again, lastly, like, again, if you're like, okay, what if it's like dancers or performers? It's an activation mascot. We just covered. Okay, what if it's not right? What if it's like shirts or water bottles or hats? Like, that's more so considered swag. Right? Like any like, apparel, kind of like smaller items you guys are giving away. That's again, not food or not entertainment or not, you know, dancers more. A mascot is more so considered swagger. Again, you would just need to ship that to Freeman and have them drop it in your booth. Again, if you're not sure, just ask us. And I know we only got four minutes left. So, Trish, what's top of mind for you in our last few minutes?
I think you covered everything. This is a ton of information. We'll include a lot of this in next week's sponsor roundup email so that you have it there as well. I do know we got one question this morning that I don't think we've ever touched on in the webinar, which is can I do live product sales in my booth if I have an actual product product that I want to hand out and sell in the booth? So that was a new one that I hadn't heard come across yet.
I mean, probably I'm like suss out what that one is.
But I thought that that was an interesting one. We hadn't heard that question yet.
So, yeah, I think most are software, but I guess some folks now are like, venturing into hardware, like AI and stuff. So. Yeah, again, always good to just check with us if you're not sure. All right. Last thing I'll say on customer passes is, yeah, I know. Trish sent everybody their sheets last week to start nominating your customers. Some of you started, most of you haven't. So just as a small reminder, do start to fill in your customers to meet with that Saster annual. If you didn't get a sheet, it might be because. Because it's probably because customer passes were not strictly included in your sponsorship. It's probably something we can still accommodate. So just reach out to Trisha myself if that's something you still want to do. It's probably just, you know, you can see how many we can accommodate. And yeah, don't forget to ship your stuff. So, yeah, these are the, you know, deadlines and kind of stuff for shipping. Freeman is going to start accepting materials next week. So again, if you're ordering swag, you. You can usually, starting now, you can just ship it directly to them. Versus like, I'm gonna ship it to me and then I'm gonna gather it and then I'm gonna pallet it and then I'm gonna ship it to Freeman. Like, just ship it to Freeman. Make sure your company name is on it. If it is something where you're doing the shipment yourself. Cause you wanna consolidate. I do typically put the shipping label both in the box and outside the box. I appreciate that. If you're getting it from like a vistaprint type thing, you know, they don't really do that. But it's always good to put your company name on it. At the very, very least, if you don't have your booth number yet. Again, that's okay. Just put your. That was weird. I was like, oh. And my slides went to Toggle. It's my time tracker thing. It's probably like, you're out of time, Amelia. So anyways, we are out of time. So with that, I know there's a few, like, specific questions in the Q and A. We will try and get to those individually. I think the one that's maybe more broad for folks is like, is there a list of exhibitors available so we know who other exhibitors are? So that is, as we update the campus map, you can see who the other exhibitors are. Or I'll just pull up. If you go to sastry annual.com you can see who all the exhibitors are by scrolling down on the homepage. As a fun fact, if you. This is the homepage. If you scroll down on this guy, I'll try and scroll at a normal pace and not the speed of light. Late. Keep going. Here are the diamonds. Keep going. You will see all the exhibitors on here. A few just signed. So we need to add a few. We have to keep going. Yeah, here are all the exhibitors. And then I would say the other question we've gotten which is more broad and this will be the last thing we cover is like do we get an attendee list? And I will say nobody gets an attendee list. Not even if you're Google Cloud or Oracle. Nobody gets an attendee list. We do not share a full attendee list with anyone. The other thing I'll say is like I've seen a few of you get solicited with of like I'm working with XYZ company and would you like to buy a list of sastry annual attendees? Don't buy it. We don't endorse it. We don't give out the list. So I don't know what's on that list. I've bought some for fun sometimes just to see what's on it. It's like total junk. So don't do those. It's on our list. It's not official. Just as a last hurrah here. Okay. Other than that I saw a few of you already emailed us but if you have specific questions please just email eventsaftering.com we can help answer anything more specific. Civic. Trish and I have been jumping on a lot of these calls or even just like 50 minute calls if you're like I just have a few questions. All good. And with that we will Happy August again. 40 days to annual but who's counting? And we will see you next week.
