Reminders for anyone who is thinking of sponsoring Saster Annual or is currently a Saster Annual sponsor on this call. So cool. Thanks everyone for joining. SAS Europa is next month. I know there's a lot of deadlines. We've been emailing you guys have been on a lot of calls with Hoya and David and so we just wanted to take the time to go through a few of these things if we miss anything. If you've got a more specific question, either drop in the chat or Q and A or reach out to us and we'll help answer as much as possible. So without further ado, Sasterova 2023 it's the fourth Zaster Europa ever in life. It will be our biggest one yet and the first one in London. Cannot recommend enough that you do this 3D tour if you've not been to Tobacco Docs, if you are a sponsor, it does really help you get a lay of the land. It it's one of those like matterport kind of like real estate ones. But I do find it to be very helpful just to get your bearings on like where things are compared to the campus map which we'll go through. But it is always helpful for me, even though I've been to the venue, just kind of to see things as they are and get a sense of the flow. On the day of Tobacco Docks is in East London. It's over on Wapping Lane. There's two main entrances which we'll go through. It's a huge venue. It used to be a shopping mall back in the day originally, but it's quite easy to get to actually for a tip attendees as well. So yeah, that is the Tobacco Docs it is of note hybrid, indoor, outdoor. What we mean by that they have these sections they call their void sections as well as their dockside which has completely open air sections of the venue. So great for things like natural light, airflow etc, but it is indoor outdoors. So for all of our sponsors, you know, can't recommend enough that you dress in layers kind of like you would for the annual nsf. And also, you know, bring things like sunglasses or hats or whatever you may need because sun will be coming in throughout the day as well as, you know, it can be a little chillier in the mornings and just it's, you know, it's London in June so it's a little unpredictable. Like it may be foggy one day and super nice the next day. So just always keep those things in mind. Cool accommodations is getting around. Hopefully you guys have booked your Accommodations for the tobacco dogs and your dates if you have not yet. There is this handy dandy link in this presentation which we'll be sharing around. This is also in the know before you go that we sent around to everyone over email but highly recommend you click this link to tobaccodoclearning.com accommodation. It will give you a real time update of the nearby hotels and kind of how far they are as well as pricing and all that. There's not one dedicated attendee sponsor block just because there are a number of different hotels and different price ranges walking distance to tobacco docs. So it's really whatever suits your team and your needs. But we do obviously recommend staying close within like you know, one or two miles so that you can get back and forth to the venue a lot easier. So Tobacco Dock just for your guys's purposes as well and any customers or you know, and on the attendee side it is easy to get to. There's kind of like a few main rail tube options. Obviously you can also take a cab if you're in a nearby hotel, take an Uber. I you can walk to the venue if you're within a mile. It's actually a nice walk. I've done it. Or if you, if you're local and you've got a car, there is a car park there. You just need to be mindful of the car park hours versus the staffer hours on site. So the main railway, two options if you are local, if you've got folks coming is the whopping underground stop. It's about 0.3 miles. Kind of same thing with the Shadwell Stomp. The Tower Hill tube stop is a little bit further away but a little bit of a nicer walk along the dockside. So if you want kind of a less crowded, it seems like tube stop. That's the one. I mean the tube's always crowded but that's the one to go to because you can just walk along the water and then you'll be dumped out right at Tobacco Docks. So that one's quite nice. I flipped too fast. Event agenda. I know a lot of you have this but just to walk you guys through it, there is a sponsor load in before the welcome reception on Monday, June 5th. I know there's been some questions in the sponsor discussion box like for sponsors who can come to the welcome reception. Who goes to that? Should I be prepared for that? So the welcome reception that we have on Monday, So this day zero reception from 3 to 6pm all attendees are welcome to come. We usually get about maybe 20 or 25% of all attendees come to stay. It does not mean your booths are open. It's just a good time to come get your badge, check out your booth, mingle with a few attendees, get a lay all in before the next two days because they will be really jam packed and crowded. So to that point we will have early badge pickup just for sponsors from 2 to 3 before we open to all attendees at 3pm and you've got setup time from 2 all the way till 6pm so you've got that whole time block. It doesn't mean you need to get there right at 2. It just means if you want that extra time before there are other attendees in the building or around tobacco docs, 2pm is the time to be there Monday. So you can do things like, you know, I don't know, roll T shirts for your swag, get your booth monitor loop in order, kind of just spruce your booth. All the booths are turnkey, which we'll talk about in a little bit. But this is really just what I call a sprucing of your booth to lay it out the way you want it and also to pick up your badge because that will help you go through the express lines in the next few days versus coming through and using, you know, the main registration, which will always have a queue whenever there is kind of a rush of folks. So highly recommend this. One thing I'll say on badge pickup, no matter what day you do it, each individual person needs to come pick up their badge. There is an ID check. You cannot pick up your whole team's badges. There's also like a passive temperature check. So everyone needs to come get their badge. There are no exceptions. You cannot come and get 10 badges for your entire team. It does not work that way. Also, there is no badge swapping because we do these daily ID checks when people do the ins and outs. So if you have additional team members, like if you've got somebody doing a half day shift Tuesday and then a different shift Wednesday, you just need to, you just need to let us know so we can increase your passes versus trying to have that person badge swap. So just an important thing to know there, somebody asked in the chat, are the booth open during the welcome reception? They are not. So this is just. The welcome reception is actually on the outer bounds of the Tobacco Docs. Attendees will not have access to, you know, the sponsor hall. That's just so that you guys can set up your booth before the next day. They'll have access to a different area of the venue, it's actually massive, so it's. It'd be kind of hard for folks to wander completely through it with the setup. But, yeah, great question.
Only thing to add to what Emily Emilia said. Can't echo this enough. We'll double down, triple down. Please, please, please have your team Day zero. It's fun. It's a good way to meet other attendees. It's a great, casual way to kick off SAS Europa. But the most important thing is to pick up your badge because the next day just makes the process so much more seamless and easier. So, anyway, just another encouragement to get there on day zero. That's it.
Cool. So moving along. Move along. Yeah. Am I back? Okay, cool. Got some WI Fi pros this morning. Okay, moving along to Tuesday, which is the first Main Day, Tuesday, June 6th. You'll notice there's about half an hour here in the morning before Reg opens for all attendees. So if your team is not coming in Monday or you guys get in late on Monday, highly recommend using that half an hour, same thing. It's a good amount of time to, you know, spruce your booth, get a lay of the land, get all your badges before the rush of attendees starts. 108am so, yeah, can't recommend that enough. If you're coming in either late Monday or just early first thing Tuesday. Registration for attendees opens at 8. Content starts at 9. It'll be going all day. The sponsor hall official, but I can't stress this enough either. Every Saster event, we do have attendees who kind of like wander about earlier because they already have their badge. So this is not a ton of. If you're there and you're ready to talk to folks, there are always a few folks who are the early birds. Lunch is from 11:30 to 1:30, followed by happy hour and then the rooftop party, which is also at Tobacco Docs. There is content over lunch. There's networking for lunch. There is lunch in a lot of different areas throughout the venue. Most of it is concentrated where sponsors are. Same thing on happy hour. There's a lot of different bars in the venue, most of it being concentrated. So I think unlike other events, as you look at this agenda and kind of plan your staffing, just note that we do manufacture it to be the most highly trafficked areas. So just something to note that you will have constant traffic throughout the day. And it is a great idea to shift through your team members who are coming on site so they can also experience Sasser as an attendee because there's a lot to do there as well to maximize your sponsorship. Wednesday, June 7th. So this is the last and full final day of Satiropa. Again you've got about time here. About an hour in the morning before for final setup. Reg opens at 8:30. Sponsors and again content starts at 9, 9:30 this day. Lunch is at the same time. Happy hour starts again at three but goes till six. Because we do the wrap party, the sponsor and breakdown and move out can take you anywhere from six until, you know, midnight. None of you will really take that long. What I'll say on this is why we put asterisks here is this is not a set in stone time. Like if you feel like you've talked to everyone and it's 4 o' clock during happy hour and you're like we're just going to stay for an hour, do some chats and then leave because we want to get our teams back on the plane, you are certainly more than welcome to do that. We know lots of folks do that. Not everyone stays the whole time through the wrap party and then does their breakdown and move out after. You're welcome to start breaking down once you feel comfortable on day two. We'll talk about shipping and logistics here in a second of like what all that move out entails. But basically you'd be moving out anything that you brought in with you. So if you've got any leftover swag or things that you brought in, you basically would need to take those things out or we will assume that they are to be trashed and then the exhibit booth will be broken down by our team. So this is more of a turnkey of like what you brought with you, if you didn't give it away, needs to go back with you or get trashed, which is fine. Just let us know the campus map. You know, super helpful to click that link to the high res PDF. If you guys have noticed, we do update that periodically, probably once, if not twice a week. That link does update in real time. So anytime there's an update it will refresh, which is quite nice. So you can always see the latest and greatest of where booths are. I will say we've got about five or six sponsors who are still picking their booths. Currently in the final batch we've had a few new sponsors sign literally as recent as yesterday. So I think I've seen a few questions and sponsors success of like what happens to empty booths? I'm like there really won't be any because people still need to pick. So basically with these next round of Choices will be pretty much full. I think there'll be two about left for any new sponsors and. And then the floor plan will be full. So, yeah, that's, hopefully that helps answer that question. But again, yeah, super good idea to use this and the 3D tour to kind of get your lay of the land so you can assess how flow and traffic will be in the venue and also as attendees to maximize your flow throughout the two and a half days. Again, we've just dropped links here for you guys so that you can take the tour. One thing super important we wanted to cover today was the booth graphics and the branding deadlines because these are due next week. Say it with me. Next week these files are due to us and our designers no later than Wednesday, May 10th. Yes, that is next Wednesday, May 10th. I think a few people have asked if that isn't like what time zone that's in. We put that in Pacific time because the onus is that everyone would upload theirs by hopefully midnight Pacific time on Wednesday, May 10th. We will send it to our vendor because they need it the morning of Thursday, May 11th. So we've done that time conversion. Really important you get your artwork in again into those files. If you click that link, it will take you to the master kind of sponsorships folder. You'll find one with your name. That's where you'll drop your files in. Just keep in mind all these things for, you know, artwork and bleed all kind of go through the gold and then the differences on the super gold and the platinum. But for the gold, you know, it's London. So a lot of the measurement measurements you'll see are in either millimeters or meters. We've converted it to feet if you need it handy. But yeah, you've got about, you've got an 8 foot by 8 foot back wall here and then a about 3 foot brandable front counter. The counter does lock on all the booths. One thing to note, still would not keep super high value items in there. We do have security overnight, we do have roaming security, but it's always just the best practice. If you've got like electronics, you're giving away AirPods, things like that, to take them with you to like your hotel and keep them safe overnight and then bring them back the next day. Or if you're coming early for setup, just to bring those with you for again the live day and bring them back the next day. If you've got things like swag, like shirts, branded items, those are good to keep in there. But yeah, anything high Value I would keep with you just to make super sure is all safe. On the branding guidelines. This is wrapped as one piece. So you'll notice that on our artwork kind of designs here of like where the edges and the returns are versus the actual front facing design. What I will say in this for I know a lot of people are doing this now because they're due next week. Keep in mind your team will be standing in front of us. You know, kind of, you know, where you're thinking about putting tax logos, etc. Keep in mind like you know, your team's two to three or more people are going to be standing in front of this all day. So just something to keep in mind there of like keeping it kind of visible. I know it seems like a blank slate, but you know, your counter does go in front of it as well as people. Just keep that in mind. When you've got things like text is always good to think of it as a billboard and put the text more heavy at the top on the grounded on the branded counter we've seen a lot of folks because this is front facing only do like a big logo with like a color or something to draw people in. But yeah, biggest things to note there is, you know, make sure you follow these guidelines, give them to your designer and that they are indeed due on Wednesday. When you submit them and upload them to your folders, you're just going to follow this naming. So like if you're a vendor, you know, I'm vendor S the 23A1 backdrop and then counter. So you're going to be uploading two files or your designer will be before Wednesday night. One for your backdrop, one for your counter. The differences on the super gold and the platinum is the width of the booth. So they're all the same height. You'll notice they're all eight feet. That is a venue guideline and restriction. So for anyone wondering, can I just go a little higher? No, you may not. It's not allowed. So they're all different in width. So you get more space here. On the super gold you've got about 11.4ft. Same lockable counter there. And then on the platinum you get the most feet. It's almost 17ft. Actually it's about 16 and a half feet. A lot of meat, 5000, you know, millimeters. So huge space for a branded back wall. Keep in mind as well, one thing we've put in here is the booth equipment, which I'll talk about one, you're gonna have people standing in front of it. Who are your boot staff? Two, your monitor is not mounted, so it'll be to the side of your booth. So that's one thing to keep in mind as well. All those monitors do have, like a computer shelf so that you can, like, you know, leave it in the basket and kind of run your booth loop. It does mean you probably need to think about bringing an extra laptop or device so that you're not switching from your device. Like if you're the person in charge of the booth loop. Like if you need your laptop to actually greet people, but it's also running the booth loop, good to bring an extra device to do that so you can set it and forget it if you will. The other thing to note is that everybody has, you know, to counter stool. So, yeah, your stools and your people are going to be in front of your backdrop. So again, just think about all that. If your designer can do this, always get to ask them for a mock. That's what I do. Like, hey, can you mock in some people with a few stools? Let me see how that looks. So I can see how it looks visually with the whole thing all together. Because all those pieces come together, right? Basically, this photo on the left is like, this is just the actual backdrop and this is how it looks all together. I mean, there's no people on this, but, you know, counter monitor. All these elements kind of combine to transform into your booth. So good things to keep in mind there. I'll just go back one on the booth design timelines, the drafts, we need them by, you know, again, midnight Wednesday Pacific time. Once we get them, we are going to give them to our vendor. They're going to give you back a proof of, like, what your artwork looks like, let you know if there's any issues with it, and then once you have that, you've got to finalize and submit, like, your final artwork. No, no later than Wednesday, May 24th. So about two weeks later. This does not mean you get to submit your first round of artwork the 24th. It's meant to be finalized and approved and done by the 24th, which means that's why we've got it in on Wednesday, May 10, to allow them time to get approved and give you back any edits that may be needed. Sometimes. I know with depending on design teams, that can take longer or shorter. So that's why there is a two week window. We absolutely need all the artwork by next Wednesday. Okay. These are some good reminders. Yeah. Again, this is all the equipment by booth level. So Good, handy things to know, right? Everyone's got, like, the back wall, everyone's got the cabinet stools that your team can actually sit. A waste basket for any trash. Like, if you're stickering things or, you know, cutting off tags of swag because they just have that extra waste basket. The monitor on the stand with the laptop shelf, there is a power drop at the monitor, which you can use to, you know, charge throughout the day. And then you'll get your lead retrieval license, which we'll use to scan attendees. So we'll talk about that more probably in the next week's meeting. And emails that go out just because right now there's literally nothing to do. I know people sometimes freak out about this. I'm like, there's literally nothing to do. You cannot scan anyone right now. There's no setup. Like, it literally just auto captures people when you scan them. We will start asking next week after booth graphics have been submitted for, like, your point of contact for this so that we know who to reach out to and we can set them up on the platform. But it's really super simple. So, yes, I know it sounds simplistic, but it is actually kind of simplistic. There's nothing to do or scan right now. Platinum Boost, if you are a platinum sponsor on the call, which I see a couple of you are, keep in mind that this, the platinum sponsorship by default, actually has two poster tables, as they call them in the uk. We call them high boys in the US Whichever way you know it, it does have two additional tables just so you can actually, like, you know, take a meeting in your booth because you've got the space. Because if you don't want those or I know a few folks have asked about swapping some of the furniture out. That can be through our sponsor success team. I will say, if you're not already actively talking to our sponsored success team about popping your furniture, it may be too late not to freak you out. But if you're like, oh, shoot, like, I just got my design on, and I'm like, I really want black chairs instead of white chairs. I think people have asked, like, what color are these things? Like, by default, those chairs are white. The monitor stands are gray. Like, they just come in stock gray. And then your cabinet is obviously branded, and then the rest of it's white. But if you're like, oh, man, I really want, like, blue chairs, like, match my thing, we could probably still do it. But we do need to know now, so let us know. Also, if I don't Know if you guys know this, there are a lot of events happening in London in June. So, like, inventory for furniture is actually very, very tricky. We actually had to divide ours to, like, five different vendors for this reason. So we will try our best to get you any custom swap if you want. But again, just no promises with the inventory currently in London because a lot of people are having events. Monitors, power and furniture. Some things I'll touch on here. This actually kind of touches on my furniture swap monitors. They are all on separate scans. We've got the sizing here. If you're like, what size is that monitor? So I can optimize it. By default, you cannot play sound in your booth, because then everyone's going to play sound in the booth. So you do need to bring your own device and your own dongle to connect it to. They all have an HDMI cable, but I know a lot of you still need, like a Mac dongle. We'll have some extras, but always good to have your own. Just so that you're sure it works, you know, test it on a different HDMI and also bring, you know, a laptop charger or whatever device you're going to use to run that boost loop all day, otherwise it will die. So keep that all in mind. There is the power strip there, so you can charge and leave stuff there. And also, like, you know, charge your phone, charge your other devices, et cetera, like that. So I think we've actually passed the deadline if you guys need to swap monitors. If you're, like, definitely needing to swap a monitor, I'm sure we could do it. But again, let us know by the end of this week if you need to do a monitor swap. Okay. We've already talked about furniture. The last thing, actually, I'll say. I think it might be in a later slide. But just to touch on this, for folks who are bringing stuff in, like, everything needs to fit within the bounds of your booth. I know a lot of people have been asking, like, what's the depth of the boot is? It's about three and a half feet. You know, it's a meter. It's about three and a half feet by default between, like, your back wall and the counter. So it's not. Again, it's space for, like, you know, your. Your people, your stuff, but there's not a ton of extra space there. And it. After literally just talking to our health and safety teams this morning and fire marshals, like, it does need to be within your booth, they want to make sure aisle ways are going to Be clear. So we'll talk about all that storage and stuff in a second. But if you are being bringing things in, just be mindful it should fit within the bounds of your boots. So if you're gold, you know, probably bring a bit less super gold a bit more. And platinum can obviously bring the most because they've got 16ft versus, you know, if you think about a gold has five, it's literally double the size. WI fi. We'll talk about WI fi for just a quick second because there is a deadline here if you need to order an additional hardline. So the WI fi that we're getting is throughout the whole venue. It's, you know, really, it's good connectivity. It's like the fastest thing that can do for our level of attendees. I will say if you're doing anything beepy, if you've got a demo, you want to make sure runs. If you got, you know, videos that you want to run on your booth and they're not saved on your hard drive, you're doing it from the cloud. I recommend getting a hard line. They're really not expensive for the two days. They're just a couple hundred bucks. You can save yourself a lot of stress if you're like, okay, I've got the hardline, I'm good, I don't have to stress anything. Or if you're like, I've got to actually take a zoom during or we're going to zoom someone in or like our CEO or someone else and we want to show them what we're doing throughout the day. Definitely recommend this hardline. Just click this link in the slides. It'll take you to the order form through Max WI Fi, who's our WI fi vendor on site. You'll fill it out, you'll put your booth number. It's super easy. You tell them how much speed you need. As a good rule of thumb, about 20 is standard. If you're trying to do anything beefy, you can get more. I don't think you need to get more. I don't recommend it. So you can do 20 if you're doing something beefy. 10 if you just want to be sure that like it works and like you've always got a hard line into the Wi Fi. 10 is more than enough and it's actually really cost effective. So just some points there on WI fi shipping and swag. So we do encourage folks to bring swag giveaways, etc to faster Europa. A few guidelines, you know, T shirts, water bottles, especially because this is indoor, outdoor Hats, sunglasses, portable chargers are a good one. Guys like can't, can't stress how much I've seen those like go like hotcakes when people have portable chargers. These are all common giveaways. All good. Again it's indoor, outdoor, you can do things like games like I. People are doing like you know, some sort of giveaways, demos, whatever it Is, been to INS etc. These are all fine. You do need to let us know though so again we can work with you to make sure they fit within the bounds of your booth or if there's extra things needed like power etc. That we can help you order that if you are bringing your own camera or video crew, which has become more common, please do let us know so that we can make sure they have the right credentials, the right access and that they know the guidelines of what they can and cannot film. There are certain restrictions we won't go over on this call but they would need to know if they are filming, filming or taking, you know, professional camera photography, not just like iPhone. That's fine, you can make TikToks all day long but if you are bringing more of a professional crew, do let us know. One thing to note there, there are no drones allowed. So I know some people brought drones to Europe last year. It's not allowed this year for the venue. So do not bring any drones. They will flag you and boot you faster than you can imagine. So it's not worth it jumping a drone. Other things, I think you guys know this. I, I know a lot of you on the call have activations that you secure through us and sponsor success and tobacco dog food. So that's great. Yeah. Drones are not allowed. Balloons are oddly not allowed but again it's an inter outer venue. They don't want it flying off. So no helium balloons. Guys. Other things that are not allowed, things like glitter, confetti, fake snow, Taylor Swift era style confetti, I love it. But not allowed. So you know, don't confetti cannon at the end or like throw a lot of piece of paper on the ground. They really don't like that. So be polite. Shipping guidelines. I'll cover this because there is a deadline here. I know a lot of folks have been asking both about shipping and in storage. So as you are shipping things they need to get shipped to gsm. That is our advanced warehouse. Do not ship it to Tobacco Docs. I know some of you might be like I'm just going to sneak it into Tobacco docs. There's like three addresses for tobacco docs. Let me tell you our three access. There are three addresses. There's like 20 different access points. The carriers, you know, don't. Depending on the carrier, either they know where to drop it or they don't, or they're just going to drop it through the tobacco offices. They're not going to drop it to our show site and it will get lost. So do not ship your stuff to Tobacco Docs directly. High chance one, it doesn't make it there because again, there's like five different addresses for Tobacco Docs. Also when you pop it into Google, I think many of you probably have noticed it doesn't give you like a full address. It's just like, oh, Tobacco Docs London. Like that's the address. I'm like, that's not the address. Google Maps is inaccurate. Apple Maps is inaccurate. Don't trust those addresses and ship there. Trust ship to our advanced warehouse house. All the details are in this like shipping manual and label, which I'll just click for a second. I know the shipping manual is really long. You do not have to understand it all, just glaze it over. The most important thing is to email Lynn, who's our amazing point of contact there, and CC sponsor success, and say what you are shipping, when you anticipate it, it will get there by what is your booth number and like how many units is it? Right, like is it boxes, is it equipment, what is it that you're all shipping and where is it coming from? Right. I can't fully get into all the shipping details because I don't know where you guys are all shipping stuff from. If you're shipping from within the uk, that's a little bit easier. That has, that doesn't have to go through customs and all that. If you're shipping from outside the uk, that gets a bit tricky. GSM can do it. They've got different, like, you know, they work with customs, they're used to doing this. It just is a bit of a longer process. So that's what I mean by don't ship directly to the docs either because again, if you're shipping from overseas, it's probably not going to get there directly because there's no one to like clear it through customs. Definitely ship via GSM here. There is the manual, which you guys should definitely read if you're shipping anything from either international or in country. There is a shipping label here and the biggest thing to note is like this is going to their advanced warehouse, it's over in Middlesex. So ship it there, the sooner you ship it, like literally if you ship it today, the better because they will get you your pricing, they'll give you better instructions. I don't think any of you should need freight. Again, that depends if you're coming from overseas or not and if that vendor requires freight. But you should just need the shipping manual and that shipping label to ship to GSM to their advanced warehouse. Again, make sure you email both land and sponsorship access so we can keep an eye on your shipments. GSM will bill you directly for this for the shipping and the handling. And so what I mean by handling is you know they're going to receive your shipment from the advanced warehouse, they'll take it to tobacco docs, they'll drop it after your booth. But if you're like, oh shoot, I don't want all these things at my booth at once, they can help you with the handling of okay, I need to actually store some of this for day one and then some of this for day two. Again, do not ship directly to tobacco docs. There is a question here that says the shipping PDF says the deadline is 5:24. If it comes from the US is that the correct date or is it 5:31? 5:24 is correct if it's coming from the US because again they need extra time to go through customs which is why like we've put 531 on this slide as like a drop dead. If it's coming from the uk, they need at least three business days to handle it. But if you're coming from anywhere international, us, Canada, other places in Europe because the UK Brexited, that all takes longer now that all gets lumped together because of the Brexit thing. So if it's not coming directly from within London or the UK, you do need to get it there by the 24th which is what I mean by ship it now, the sooner the better. They're ready to receive these literally today, at night, right now, tomorrow, whatever, overnight. You ship it now and they will be happy to receive it. Make sure you email in. And CCS cannot stress this enough, please don't ship stuff to tobacco docs. It's I know it's going to get. We're not shipping stuff. They're like, they don't like to ship. That's why everything is coming in via trucks to tobacco docs. Nothing is coming via like UPS or DHL or any of those like or FedEx. Like it's literally coming on trucks from different warehousing because it's very confusing. So again, please don't ship there. Ship to gsm. Do that now. Or your other option if you're like oh shoot, I waited too long and I need to bring stuff from the US Hand carry it. I'm a big believer in hand carrying. I know. So on the slide we hand carry Hexi. I know you guys know who Hexy is. That's our mascot. We literally hand carry that guy on the plane because it's the easiest way to get them into the country. We do also hand carry. Like some of us will pack like a suitcase full of stuff, fill it full, check an extra bag, bring it on the plane. Usually not an issue when you're going through customs because you don't have that much of any single item. That is a great. That has worked for our team. So there's like smaller quantities of stuff you are bringing. Easy to do it hand carry for coming international if you don't have the chance to ship it to gsm. There's another question here on and you guys can keep the question coming. Are you able to have pop up banners at your booth? You can. They do need to be mounted a certain way. So if you are looking to bring a pop up, I know some of them call some of them. Sometimes we call them roll ups, other times they call them pop ups. If you've got one of the pop ups where like you know it's a pole that goes through the back, I do think it's required to have some sort of like sandbag so that that will stay up in the menu and will not blow away because again it is indoor outdoor. So wind is a factor on those pop ups. I will say you can also order a meter board additionally through our team. So if that's something you want of like I just want them to do a meter board with the stand so it doesn't blow away. That is simple enough to do. Just let us know and we can give you the kind of the sizing and the prices to get a meter board from the same people who are producing your booth. Also I know some people like to do it from the same vendor because then it's like pixel perfect of the same colors and you won't have any color variation. So if you're looking for additional signage in like the form of a meter board or like a they've got like small meter boards, big meter boards. Again, as long as it fits within your booth, we can help you order that. I don't. I know you were anonymous attendee, so just email. I'm Like, I don't know who it was. Also, I can't email it to you, but please email us. Okay, going back to our slideshow and sorry, this is taking more than 20 minutes. Quick things on registration. Cannot stress again. I know I can't stress all these points enough, but really helpful. If you guys register your teams today, right now, during this call, I won't be offended. It's okay. Please register your teams. The reason we do that is when you register your teams, all those team members get added to the comms. Attendee, comp, sponsor comp, helpful deadlines. Know before you go, all the stuff on networking, on booking, content sessions, on VIP receptions, on brain dates, that all is going out to attendees. And if we don't know who is attending from your company, they're going to miss out on that information, all the app stuff. So again, please register your teams as soon as possible. We're kind of giving people through next week before we do an audit and then start hounding you because we know booth graphics are due. So please register for your team. Olivia's asking, where's the link to register? You should have it in your inbox from Sponsor Success with your distinct promo code and your distinct link. So there's not just one link per person. You should have it in your inbox. We can also resend it to you, Olivia, so that you've got it handy. But yeah, make sure you register your teams again, one pass per person. There are daily ID checks. Just let us know if you need extras. If you've got any content. You know, your speakers, your speakers need to be in your allotment as well. And one thing important, I've seen this already a little bit, and we've gone in the back end and fixed it. Please don't register anyone outside of your team with this code. Like, if they're not on your team and they're not one of your speakers, we will change that ticket type. It's. I know you guys want to invite your customers. You're like, I've got five extra passes. I'm going to use them for my customers. That is fine. Just please tell us so we can change their access. Sponsors, as you guys know, have extra access. You guys have extra access to the venue at certain times. You guys have extra access to, you know, different areas of the venue that are restricted to attendees. So if you register a customer with those passes, they then get all those access points, which we don't want them to necessarily get, not that we don't want them there. It's just we don't want them in certain restricted areas of, you know, the library. Yeah, please just let us know. Do register your teams as soon as possible so you can get all those really good comms that have been going out. I'm going to actually skip speaker guidelines because for those who have speakers, you all know these and sessions were already. Topics were already submitted and outlines were due. So I'll talk about Brain Dates and then we could do any final questions that there are. Just overall we will do another one of these just right before the event. And again you guys are getting those or hopefully you're getting my weekly emails on Europa as well as emails to Sponsor Success. So Brain Dates are actually launching tomorrow for all Europa attendees. This is our main one on one in group networking platform where the goal is to share knowledge and help meet other attendees. We're doing this new thing at Europa called Brain Date Power Hour which will be super cool because we're carving out the time and the schedule of like there's not really content at that time so you can focus on networking. I imagine the sponsor hall will be busy at this time. Good time to do any like timed giveaways or activations or that kind of stuff. But yeah, you will see the login link to Braingate with the email and instructions in which your ticket is under. Which is why I stressed in the slide before to register your teams. We cannot register your teams if they're not registered for a ticket. Like Braingate does a sync to our ticketing platform and so if they're not ticketed we cannot get them into Brain Dates. That's literally it syncs together. They are married, if you will. So you do need to sign up for a ticket. You can sign one up today, tonight so that you can get it to Brain Dates when it launches. I will say there are sometimes where people, okay, I'm going to register right now and then like log in immediately to Brain Dates. There is about a sync time. It's a couple hours. So if you do register now, it will take, you know, a few hours to sync and then for the link to the Brain Dates to be live. So keep that in mind if you're trying to do this all last minute. Like it does take some time for those platforms to talk to one another, but they do need to be registered. So once you do get into the Braid Date platforms, it will look a little bit like this. I used a screenshot from APAC because it was. There's more topics on there because it was live. You can either there's two ways to brain dates. You can either join an existing group or one on one brain date. Those are just the sizing of the brain dates or you can create your own brain dates. I will say there are limitations on the platform. So you cannot just start brain dating and put like 20 topics up and be like, oh, I'm going to be the queen of brain date. I want you to be the queen of brain date. But there are bounds so that everyone can do a brain date and not just like 20 people who decided to do 20 topics can do a brain date. Just as great question. Brain dates are open to all sponsors and attendees, so all ticket types have access. Even if you know you. If you give us like customers that do the complementary paths, they'll have access to brain dates as well. So it's open to everyone. Again, the only thing to keep in mind is you need to be ticketed and there are some restrictions on how many brain date topics you can post. That is again, so you have everyone a fair shot to post different topics. It does limit you by type. So there are one on one brain dates and then there are group brain days which are basically one on four one on ones are good. If you've never done a brain date, I highly suggest doing a one on one doing a group brain date means there's like, you know, literally four people staring at you and it's more of a presentation style and like a networking style versus like I'm just gonna talk to one person and kind of get to know them. Like now you're kind of the host of it. So groups are a little bit harder if you've never done them before or if you've got an executive, that's probably what I would suggest they do. It's like if you've got, you know, team members who are newer or just starting out or maybe haven't done brain aids, highly suggest one on ones. If you've got more executive level folks, highly recommend the groups because then that will be less pressure on them to do the groups. You can only post two groups at a time until they fill. What I mean by that is like Hoya could say, hey, I'm posting on, you know, product led growth and product, let's say I'm just gonna use this topic product led growth and product led sales. He can only post two of those until they completely sell. Meaning like all eight slots for his two brain days would have to fill before it would give him the ability to post another one. If we see that your topic does not fill and it's really close to an event, likely the brain date team or speaker team will cancel it and tell you to resubmit a different topic, maybe one that's more popular or different time to see if it's more popular. But they do go through and review these regularly. So just because you post a topic doesn't mean oh, I've got a session at faster. Like these are not meant to be product pitches. These are not meant to be commercials. These are meant to be, you know, networking pods. A time to learn from one another. And it does. Again, this is a platform to help encourage the most networking versus we just don't want a bunch of like it's not against sponsors. Sometimes attendees try to do this. Like we try and curtail anyone trying to abuse the platform is just straight up product pitches versus like actually sharing of a K. Our team's really struggling on sales play. What do you recommend? Like that we could do and like literally just having a conversation on what to do around that topic and tips for one another versus it being more of a direct product pitch. On how to create your own one on one or group topic. Again, keep in mind this is Saster. This is sass. So things that are really PLG AI I said it. Sales, marketing, revenue, all those are, you know, really hot topics, really great conversation points. They about marketing and you want to talk specifically about SEO or email marketing now. SDR hiring within sales. The more granular you can be, the better. People do tend to flock to those brain day topics a bit more than the more high level generic ones on the platform. So I think we've covered a lot of this. These are activations that are. I know it's been 45 minutes so wanted to open it to and then David and Polya. Anything I missed.
I think you've nailed it. I would say just know about your booth graphics. The only thing I'll add for booth graphics on that little Google Drive, if you can just go in and make sure you're able to submit something today. Like even if you're not ready, just make sure you have the option. That would be great because some of you are on Outlook or for whatever reason we have the wrong email so we can get that fixed. So again if you can do that, that would be awesome. And then register your team. That's the second thing. And if you're thinking about activations, this if there's something you're thinking about that you think you should run by us, please run it now so we can ensure we have enough time to get approvals and everything else. So I think that's about it. It's going to be a great event. Get excited about that. I know we're talking about the seriousness and when you're, when you're in the midst of the work, it seems stressful logistics. But I promise, once you're out there at reception, you have your beer or a drink or water, whatever, it's going to be so much fun seeing all of you. So get excited for that as well. It's going to be a. It's going to be the best Europa to date in Sasser's history. So we're excited to have you. Thanks for, Amelia, for leading this. Thanks, David and everybody else, thank you for supporting us as always. And then next week we are going to. Just to give everybody a heads up, next week we are going to do. One of our sponsors is being kind enough to pay it forward and share some of the things that they've learned over the years doing events, whether it's with Saster or other industry events. So get excited for, let's call it a customer sponsor session, next week's session. So until then, be well, be safe and thank you again, Amelia.
Yeah, thanks everyone. If you have any other Europa questions, just email us and we will see you next week.
Bye.
