By this point you're absolutely going to need a VP of engineering. This is somebody who helps a CTO with the actual managing of the organization. You know, it's pretty commonly the case that the co founder or CTO is chosen because of their technical chops and vision. They may not have the management experience to run 100 person organization. You're going to need to supplement this with a more experienced engineering manager. The teams themselves are the same, they've just gotten bigger and you're now going to need a lot more mid level management. Same thing over in the product organization. You're probably going to need a Director of Product management. You're going to need a director of design.
