And it can be personally tormenting to have that spot open and get to the end of a process and not have that individual. I had to go through this six months ago. We went through the whole entire process. Didn't have a pick, and we started from scratch again and found somebody incredible. This was the exact person that we were looking for from the start. It took me a full extra 90 days and wasn't. Wasn't fun. But.

Brutal. But, but, but, but a Band Aid's worse. This is why I'm so. I do believe there are. There are a time and a place for some fractional assets, but not as Band Aids. But it doesn't work. Yeah, they don't. They won't own it. Band Aids don't own it.
