That's one thing I'd say about. And I have somebody absolutely talk about that made a huge impact. But I think one of the key things about mentorship is that it shouldn't actually be one person. I think the best ways to build mentorship is building a community, a network of people that can support you in different ways. Right. That can help you, support you in the moment that you're at now or the situation that you're in or the transition you're trying to make. And getting sort of that level of perspective is really important, and it kind of takes the pressure off of that one person that's going to be your, you know, your guide through all of this. So, you know, so I'd say mentorship is more about, you know, what you're looking for, mentor in terms of mentorship. And, you know, what are the challenges, what are the things, types of insights that can help you and using that as your guide to seek you out. But there is definitely one person I can think of.
